The Zen Den Studio 1 Pool-Gym

This property seems to be a work in progress. The studio apartment is fairly newly renovated. However, there is an apartment above this one and we were awakened each morning about 5:30 am with footsteps that went off and on for a couple of hours. The pool deck and outdoor patio areas were dusty and not cleaned for our stay. It was affordable for sure, but needs some touches to get a higher rating from us. It wasn’t awful by any means, just wasn’t great either.

Didn't know it had a concrete floor.Found a sexual harness device behind the couch pillow. The outside chairs needed cleaned. Kitchen and laundry were great. King bed was terrible.

The whole place is amazing! Private without feeling unsafe. It’s centrally located, always clean and has become my favorite place to stay when I’m in Phoenix!

I have stayed here the last few times I was in Phoenix and it was delightful. Clean, roomy, safe and quiet. Totally recommend.

This location worked great for us. There are not a lot of hotels in this area so this was the perfect solution.

What cant I say!!! Absolute perfect location! Beautiful home so well stocked, with a gym, a pool. Laundry and a full kitchen! Not only that but the iwner is right on property in a home close by but some many amenities it honestly is crazy. I wasmt in town long enough but anyone who stays here is very lucky! Wow just wow! I was in town for a baby shower, we were able to prepare so much food in the kitchen! It is so cute and decorates so nice and it was so perfectly cool inside! Cannot recommend enough!!

The place was exactly how it was represented in the listing. It’s a cute studio!!!! Clean and simple. There’s a pool and other shared amenities, which were a delight. There is an apartment above the studio, which you will read about in other reviews. But it is not disruptive at all. It is no different than living in an apartment. And those guests are not around during the day. I would most definitely stay here again. Zach was a lovely host and quite responsive. The neighborhood was really quiet and pretty.

We really enjoyed our time as this nice casita. Everything we needed was there with everything clean and orderly. We were very comfortable and appreciated having the host so available. We will stay here again when visiting.

Very nice property with several accessible amenities. Our host, Zachary, was awesome and very helpful. We would definitely return to this property in future trips to Mesa.

Zachary is a great host! Quick to reply to any questions and very thoughtful and kind. The property is well kept and the studio was super cute and comfortable, located in a great location/neighborhood. We loved the private back patio. We stayed in the Studio #1, on the main floor. We weren't aware until we arrived that there was another studio above us. However, all the renters were very respectful and it was still private and quiet. We would definitely recommend and gladly rent again.

Unit had great accommodations and very clean. Zachary was right here when we needed him. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay, comfortable, and clean. Nicely furnished. I highly recommend.

This place was adorable and perfect for getting ready for my wedding. Bathroom was a really good size. My kids loved the trampoline. We were excited for the pool, but unfortunately didn't have time. We really appreciated the fact that there was a clothes steamer in the laundry room, we had to steam all our dresses!
