Beautiful upstairs apartment with an open floor plan. The living room-kitchen area has a vaulted ceiling with skylights and it lives large! This apartment has a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and granite countertops, a dining room. Washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom is tiled with walk in shower. The apartment has a small private deck overlooking the private garden, patio area, shaded from the afternoon sun. A perfect place for morning coffer or pre-dinner cocktails.

Stayed Mar 28, 2026Duncan and Jackie’s cozy Tuscan Suite at Magnolia Court was, quite simply, a wonderful place to stay. Spotlessly clean with a lovely “English Garden,” we immediately felt at home. The hosts were very hospitable and available with suggestions on activities and food options in the area. Stayed Nov 22, 2025Jackie and Duncan were incredible. The apartment was well furnished and very clean. The online pictures are true and accurate. Location was close and walkable to the main downtown area, Marina and Historical homes area. Access to Beaufort's main driving arteries was close and convenient. When we return to Beaufort, we will be reaching out to Jackie and Duncan for a place to stay.

Stayed Jan 26, 2023What a find! Location ideal! A perfect walk or bike ride around so many picturesque waterfront views and endless charming mossdraped historic homes on quaint streets. Duncan & Jackie, very friendly owners of Magnolia Court, are very resourceful, have thought of everything and are hands on working hard on great quality updates to property. Property grounds are lovely. Highly recommend. I'll definitely return! Love Beaufort👍🌴
