Access to unit not suitable for an older person, due to steepness and uneven ground. The height of bed is also very low. Loved the heated pool for exercising and hosts very friendly and helpful.

This is the perfect base for your exploration of the Sunshine Coast. But you need not leave the oasis-like backyard. Everything you need for a relaxing getaway is right there.10/10

Stayed 3 nights in the 'Treehouse at Squeaky Sands' with my adult daughter. We found the hosts to be excellent communicators and they went out of their way to accommodate our every need. The treehouse was very comfortable, in a great location and we hope to return again in the future.

Just spent a wonderful week @ the treehouse! Michelle and Andy are great hosts! Everything was as it was described. Although we were in the back yard, we really felt secluded in our little getaway! Anything we needed was there, we had breakfasts and made a shopping trip to get lunch items and a couple of dinners. We were only a short (5min) drive to several wonderful beaches. We visited 4-5. We enjoyed the laid back vibe of Coolum Beach. Made a trip to Noosa, but found it packed with people. We did enjoy the market on weds in Eumundi. And checked out a few of the local eateries. All were good to very good, but foodies may be disappointed. Michelle and Andy were available if we needed them but were never obtrusive. They have a really special place here and we are extremely happy that we chose to stay there!

Lovely cottage at the end of the yard of the Owners property. Has more of a B&B feel with everything you need to self-cater. We had friends staying at The Point which was a 15min walk, easy but partly up hill. Clean pool and although shared with Owners, we didn't see them. However, easy to communicate via messenger at our preference. Very quiet!

Thank you Michelle and Andy for providing a little subtropical sanctuary for my well earnt need of isolation, privacy and relaxation and with ocean views .. The Amazing well equiped and private Tree House and her lagoon (swimming pool) was an absolute treat .. Location Location Location, a very favourite part of the coast for me with close access to the most beautiful beaches .. Loved hearing and seeing the wildlife around and the Yellow Tails flying over felt like such a blessing .. Thank you for the gift basket an added little treat on my arrival ... Many thanks ? ... Have a wonderful New Year ahead ???

The apartment is situated in a lush green garden and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. You go to bed and you wake up with the sound of nature, all very peaceful. The apartment is well equiped with all that you need and Michelle∧y kindly provided a nice gift basket with some food, drinks and sweets which was very welcome as I arrived in the evening straight from the airport. Good WiFi-connection and the contact with the host was easy and pleasant. Beach is close, Mount Coolum is close and there are many nice places to visit within a short driving distance.

Excellent little self contained unit. Awesome spot. Very relaxing. Michelle & Andy were great.

The Tree House at Yaroomba was a great place to stay for my five days on the Sunshine Coast. I was warmly received from the initial contact and throughout my stay there. Wonderful facilities with a big bed and plenty of space. The welcome basket in the fridge was very helpful too.
