Stayed Oct 24, 2025Nice and clean apartment. While not far from town it is a windy drive in the country to get there. Watch out for deer at night. Other than that a nice place to stay.

Stayed Aug 14, 2025This is the second time we have stayed here and both times were great. It is close enough to the University which is why we go to visit our son but it is “in the country” so very nice and peaceful. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is very clean. Would definitely stay again if it’s available.

Stayed May 16, 2025Host was accommodating with circumstances as power was lost for 36 hrs due to tornados in surrounding area. We were moved to another rental. First location had very little cooking dishes, no oven (only countertop small convection oven). Amenities (paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, and laundry soap) were scarce and had to ask for extra. i’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO And never never had to ask for extra amenities. They were already supplied.Second location, the shower curtain was too short and when you took a shower water was all over the floor. You thought the shower curtain more than you were able to take a shower, not impressed. Beds were uncomfortable but got us through two nights.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024We stayed here to attend Parents Weekend at the University. It’s nice and quiet and private. It’s the perfect size for 3 of us and very clean. Would definitely stay again.
