Our beautifully remodeled, tiny apartment is the perfect location for your next stay in downtown Green Bay! Enjoy the comforts of a freshly remodeled apartment and the excitement of downtown living, all wrapped into one! This apartment would be ideal for solo travelers in town for an extended stay, as it is cheaper than a hotel room and has the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen.

This property is professionally managed by Ruesch Management, with an office just block away in downtown Green Bay and a 24 hour emergency maintenance line if any issues should arise.

Located in the heart of downtown, one block from Whitney Park, 3 blocks from the Fox River, a short walk to the Broadway District as well as the shops/restaurants and nightlife on Washington or Main Streets. There is a CVS pharmacy 2 blocks away that has a large selection of food items and a liquor section as well. Please be advised that this apartment is located in the heart of downtown Green Bay in close proximity to many nightlife establishments and other living complexes. Guests will experience all that downtown living offers, including traffic, neighbors, and community noises that are outside of the control of the property owner. All of the Tiny Piney apartments are located inside a multi-unit apartment building with shared amenities including ventilation/heat/air conditioning, parking, internet, laundry, and in some cases shared entry foyers. The apartments share walls with neighboring units and guests may experience some common living noises/experiences that are to be expected in a shared housing building.

    The apartment itself was nice. The only thing that lacked were some rugs and other things in my opinon. The area around it is not any good. Mutliple times I was approached by individuals asking for money or selling certain services. The parking situation is not ideal - I drive a truck so I had to park in a no-park zone the entire time. Ther e is no way to control air conditioning so I was thankful to have a fan. The refridgerator was very small and I could never keep much in there at any time. I also had to install the shelves in the cabinet myself to allow for things to be stored. Bad gnat problem when I moved in - I tried pouring bleach down the drains but I ended up throwing away the original trash can and buying my own. That solved that issue. I also had a package opened on my doorstep - I guess they did not want what was inside. I was thankful for the cooking utensils and cookware that was provided. I ended up leaving a hallway runner, a bathroom mat, and a front door welcome mat just to give the place something back.
