Welcome to your Mt. Crested Butte homebase! This warm and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The main living area features a cozy wood-burning fireplace with firewood provided, a full kitchen stocked for cooking, and dining space for everyone with a table for four and bar seating for four more. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy a meal or a morning coffee at the bistro table, or fire up the propane grill after a day on the mountain.

The layout is ideal for families or groups, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms located on the main floor. The primary bedroom features a king bed, en suite bathroom, and plenty of storage with both a closet and dresser. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and access to the hallway bathroom. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with cozy bedding and ample storage to make your stay feel like home.

Upstairs, the third bedroom spans nearly the entire second floor, offering a spacious and private retreat with a queen bed, dresser, and closet. It`s the perfect space for kids to spread out or for an additional couple to enjoy a little extra privacy. A Pack ‘n Play is also available for guests traveling with little ones, making this condo a great choice for families.

**DISCLOSURES**

STAIRS Disclosure: There is no elevator in this complex. There are 72 stairs between the parking lot and the unit itself. In Winter months these can be icy and relatively steep.

PARKING: Guests are allotted 2 parking passes to be used in the building lot. There is no assigned parking. No trailers/RVs. There is no additional overnight parking in Mount Crested Butte. Free street parking is available in the town of Crested Butte (3 miles, follow posted signage diligently). 2 parking passes are provided/unit; this is non-negotiable, please plan accordingly!

PET DISCLOSURE: Pets (including Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed in this building. You will be assessed a $500.00 fine and asked to leave immediately with no refund if you are found to be in violation of this rule.

AIR CONDITIONING DISCLOSURE: There is no AC in this building. AC is extremely rare in Gunnison County. We encourage you to use windows, balconies, fans, etc. to cool off during the rare hot day in Crested Butte.

CBMR DATES OF OPERATION: Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens for the Winter 2024/2025 Season on November 27th. Closing day is typically the first weekend in April, official date to be announced.
