Beautiful clean apartment with an incredible view of the gulf. Easy check in, Patrizia was very nice and accommodating. The parking spot allocated to the unit is a must since parking in town is impossible. I will definitely go back next year again. There’s everything you need, including a Bialetti machine that makes very good coffee. Thank you for the wonderful experience

We had a great time for our Easter vacation. The appartment has a perfect location to explore the local sights like Portofino, Cinque Terre, Genova and hiking in the surrounding countryside. The view is marvellous!Our second week suffered from lots of rain but the appartement was always warm and cosy.Patrizia was a very nice host, answered all of our questions and provided us with good tips for local restaurants etc.

We had great time!! Saw portofino by water taxi. Hiked cinque Terre - harder than we thought but so worth it. Loved the town of rapallo for dinners. And fireworks were fantastic. Over an hour with view right outside our window. Would definitely come back.

Our expectation were exceeded.The apartments view is beautiful und is super quiet at night, so it was very easy to fall asleep after a long day of adventures. The host were incredibrly nice. We would love to come back one day. Thank you Patrizia

Nice unit, but a bit cramped for five adults, especially in the kitchen. View of the city and harbor is spectacular. The walk to the town center and back is doable and good exercise.

The view is as advertised. Gorgeous. Other than that, not as advertised. Air conditioned? No, not really. Two portable units that if both are plugged in and you use other electrical appliances (dishwasher, laundry, etc) it blows the circuit and you have to go down 4 flights to reset the breaker. Very frustrating. Wifi? No, not really. Wifi service was so weak, we could not access the internet. Very frustrating. Co-host seemed untrusting as we were first accused of breaking the coffee pot when we reported it leaking (it leaked from the beginning) then she agreed it might have been filled incorrectly; accused of stealing a towel upon our departure then she later sent a note that she’d found it. Accused of breaking a chair that we found broken upon our arrival. She ended up charging us for it despite our protestations. I own two hotels. I understand linen theft and room damage. And, we had to supply our own toilet paper after their’s ran out after Day 1 of a 3-day stay. Very, very disappointing stay - the most disappointing being the phony description regarding a/c and wifi. If VRBO accepts such false advertising, we’ll be using other options in the future.This is an honest review to assist others before they sign up for this place. I’m a 73 yr old father who travelled with his 50+ yr old children and we were all disappointed with the overall experience. As mentioned at the top, the view was as advertised.
