Simply the cutest! The host left me a personalized note. The place was cozy, comfy and everything one could need. I even had a lovely salmon dinner right across the street at Hill Diner. Will definitely being staying here on my next Richmond trip! Oh, and excellent linens, the towels were heavy and soft, so were the wash cloths. Bed was also perfectly comfortable.

We loved it!! My only regret is that it was only an overnight stay! The facility was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there were many great restaurants and friendly neighbors!

My partner, myself, and our little dog absolutely loved our stay here while visiting my sister over Halloween weekend. Churchill is such a beautiful spot, especially during the fall season! The studio was the perfect size for us, and although we didn’t use the kitchen for cooking we spent a lot of time admiring all of the features and appliances. Every thing was clean, the bed was admittedly more comfy than our bed at home. Our pup also appreciated the bowls and treats left for him upon our arrival! We would love to stay again next time we visit!

You have to stay in this cozy studio. It was located in a convenient location. It was well worth the cost. The owner was extremely responsive and made the stay a pleasurable experience.

We loved our stay in the Studio! We biked from Williamsburg to RVA and needed a break pace to crash. This was perfectly central to the food, coffee, and friends. Our lodging provided everything we needed - a nice kitchen (we didn’t use, but know we can in the future!), a space to eat, a super comfy bed, and a spacious bathroom with all the amenities. We spent some time hanging out on the porch and meeting neighbor dogs! Highly recommend The Studio @ Eanes Drug!

Apparently the studio was perfect. I checked in with the cat around 8:30pm. Exhausted from our trip. My daughter arrived around 10:30pm. The longer we stayed the more dirty places we saw. When I called the owner all I got was I need to leave the premises immediately and totally disregard my remarks about the cleanliness besides blaming me for creating the dirt.

Absolutely fantastic. The space is beautiful and spotless. The bed cozy and comfortable. Plenty to do in the neighborhood after long days here on business. Lovely food recommendations. Brick sidewalks are wonderfully charming but I do not recommend if you have any balance problems. I took a hard fall outside of the Poe Museum. Maybe an angry ghost tripped me? Kind Richmonders lifted me to my feet with great kindness. Really a fun city and ideal neighborhood for my purposes and preferences. Thank you David and The Loft at Eanes Drugs!

This was a nice cozy space, clean, and stocked! The host David was amazing! Responded very quickly, and check-in was flawless. This was a very relaxing stay, the walk to Libby Park while the sunrise was amazing. The historic of the area was a the walk to Libby Park while the sunrise was amazing. We were thrilled to find this gem! It appeared to be recently remodeled, yet in the oldest neighborhood of Richmond, near historical church and easy walk to great eating spots.

What a beautifully appointed vacation rental. We absolutely loved our charming studio in the Church Hill section of Richmond. It was exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. David supplied all items needed for a seamless stay in this lovely section of town. Eateries recommended in his guide book were spot on. Will definitely pass along this info to friends & family.

David’s lodging was beautifully appointed, quiet and clean. A lovely, walkable neighborhood with some delightful coffee shops and eateries. An excellent location for us. I would certainly lodge there again, and will recommend it to any family or friends in need of a place to stay in Richmond.

Great property! Perfect for what we needed!

We went to Richmond to attend a concert at the Allianz Amphitheater. Unfortunately, due to lightning in the area, our event was canceled. Since we were already in the city, we decided to stay, and had an amazing time in this home. There is a wonderful bakery on one corner of the street (Honey Baked Bee - amazing!!) and a nice diner/cafe/bar on the other corner (The Hill Cafe - get the Brussels Sprouts!!) We spent the rest of our time enjoying the peace and quiet of the apartment and the surrounding area. We walked to a park nearby that overlooks the city, enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch, and were able to sleep undisturbed without our children complaining about how hungry they are first thing in the morning. It was a very nice space and full of everything you might need for a couples escape. We would definitely stay here again!

I was delighted by how charming, cozy, and well-appointed this studio apartment is decorated and furnished. It looks newly renovated and there's clearly been a lot of thought and care put into this space. It's located in one of Richmond's most historical neighborhoods (Church Hill) and very conveniently located to downtown Richmond. The next time I visit Richmond, I definitely would love to stay here again, it was so comfortable that I immediately felt right at home. Highly recommend.

Cozy studio equipped with everything we needed for a brief stay. Easy street parking in an historic area and walking distance to some local eats/coffee. The area felt safe to walk around at night with our pup. The host was great with communication and even left some dog treats for our pup! Would definitely recommend this listing and would stay again.

Very clean and cozy space with cute/intriguing decor. Amazing location - just a couple minutes walk to a cafe and a very short drive from Cary St and Broad St. There were also good dinner options within a 10-12 minute walk, if you're able. It was pretty nice out when we stayed there. I thought the place might've been a bit small based on the photos, but actually is very roomy in person! The bed was comfy, there were tea/coffee accoutrements provided, water bottles in the fridge, shower products provided, and other nice-to-have amenities.Street parking was indeed free and fairly accessible when we drove around regardless of time of day. If we didn't find a spot directly in front of the rental, there was usually one readily available just around the corner (2 min walk). I will say though that it would require parallel parking, if that's a concern for potential guests. I would absolutely stay here again!

Check-in was a breeze, as was coming and going. On-street parking was a bonus without the need for parking garages or valets. The neighborhood is delightful and walkable; my basset hound loved it! The studio was very comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed to have a comfortable work week away from home :)

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, beautifully renovated and so charming. The front porch was great to sit and enjoy the neighborhood. The Hill Cafe and ice cream shop are right across the street. And walking down to Libby Hill park which is two blocks away was the highlight. So many friendly people. I will be back!

Lovely, charming studio, very clean, in a great neighborhood. We didn't use the kitchen but had coffee maker and French press along with beans to make coffee. Nice amenities, eg shampoo, soft towels. Easy check in with code sent on day of check in. Easy street parking. I would recommend this place!

Great little studio in a really nice neighborhood. The host was prompt in getting back to me to answer any questions I had. The location was convenient to all parts of the city. I'd recommend The Studio to a single person or couple who want a Richmond get away.

This space was so cozy and well put together. It’s conveniently located to areas of interest and a short walk from a nice coffee shop. We needed a relaxing day/night away to reconnect and this place offered us just that. Thank you for the care and thoughtfulness in this space. What an incredibly cute and comfortable stay! Studio was incredibly clean and welcoming. There were lots of special touches like a welcome letter, chocolates, popcorn, water bottles in the fridge, and plenty of towels! Bed was extremely comfortable and street parking was easy to find in the quaint and quiet neighborhood. The whole stay felt like an elevated experience and I was only sad I wasn't able to stay longer to enjoy the space even more! Will definitely come back to stay when I'm in Richmond again!

David's place is absolutely delightful! Very well furnished with quaint detail, a wonderful queen size bed, TV, toiletries in the bathroom, extremely clean and parking outside the building! It's even dog-friendly and David provided our pup with doggie biscuits! We walked to dinner just a few houses away and ate at The Hill Cafe, which was delicious! And the neighborhood is safe and people-oriented--everyone was out walking their dog! Would definitely stay at this place again!

Brilliant! A little gem set in the heart of this historic neighborhood. Meticulously clean and beautiful, it had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend stay.

Already left a review from last week. Staying a second time in a week will emphasize this is a nice place that I would stay again in a week. See other review for what I liked (which was everything). This studio gets lots of natural light (which is great). However, in the summer months you may want to bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in.

This is a great space for traveling solo or with your partner. Close to a lot of cute restaurants and cafes. Quiet neighborhood. Great host. Everything you need. Free parking.
