The opening to the entrance of the garage is 10 feet 8 inches wide and 8 feet 5 inches high. The clearance inside the garage for vehicles to enter and exit allow for vehicles that are :
-Less than 7 feet wide – from driver side rearview mirror to passenger side rearview mirror.
-Less than 15 feet long from front of vehicle including accessory attachments to back of vehicle including bike racks etc.
-Less than 10 feet 8 inches from ground to top of car including any racks and luggage carriers.

    This was our second time staying at the Sinclair. The condo is beautifully appointed and the location is perfect. We really enjoy being in walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. When we don’t feel like driving, it is a very inexpensive Lyft ride to the arts district. The host was very responsive and provided excellent communication in advance of our arrival.

    Loved our stay in this apartment. Nice and bright, clean, and all the amenities you could need. The surround sound, dimmers on all the lights, Nespresso machine, very comfy bed... made our stay even better. Location was perfect..Our car was too large, so parked in the lot across the street, but was a very short walk to apartment.

    Loved the space. Furniture was modern. Wi-Fi was great for working remotely. Easily walkable to tons of places. Near the art museum, Grove mall, lots of restaurants, lots of cute shops. Owner was good at communicating. Parking spot is a tight squeeze, but it's nice for those with a car.

    Beautiful accommodations in downtown Ashville. Very nicely appointed and very comfortable. Good central location for easy access to sights such as the Biltmore Estate. Restaurants and shops in walking distance.

    This place was perfect for 2 days in Asheville. Right in the middle of everthing and we could walk to all we wanted to do. Highly recommend this cozy little spot!
