This spacious 135 m² apartment offers a balcony, shared garden, and a communal outdoor pool. The perfect base right in Kralendijk to dive into island life by day and unwind in comfort afterward.





The Space:

This comfortable apartment sits in Kralendijk, within The Shores Residence, offering generous sea views- although every now and then, a cruise ship full of fun can block part of the view - and about 135 m² of living space. Van den Tweel supermarket: 750 meters, Chachacha Beach: 200 meters, Capriccio: 2 meters, and Dive Friends Chachacha: 200 meters. The apartment is on the second floor. Guests have access to a communal outdoor pool (regular pool). Parking on premises is free.





Guest Access:

As a guest of The Shores 3, you have access to the entire apartment: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open kitchen, living room, and the balcony. You can also use the shared garden, the pool deck, and the communal outdoor pool. On-premises parking is available. To welcome you warmly and provide details about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we always handle arrivals in person! The Sunwise hosts of the property will coordinate your arrival with you.





The Neighborhood:

Downtown Kralendijk with its boulevard, piers, sailboats and motorboats on moorings, and colorful facades: you’ll be right among restaurants, bars, boutiques, and the departure points for various boat trips, including sunset tours and water taxis to Klein Bonaire. Ideal if you want everything within walking distance and love strolling the boulevard in the evening.

For divers and snorkelers, Playa is a great base with quick access to west-coast sites; for foodies and shoppers, this is the place to be. Expect liveliness, convenience, and the shortest travel times to amenities in Bonaire’s main town: Kralendijk.





Getting Around:

A rental car is highly recommended to explore beyond the immediate surroundings of The Shores 3 in Kralendijk. With your own car you can reach every corner at your own pace, from secluded snorkel spots to local eateries. We advise all guests to rent a car. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup or SUV is recommended. Park roads are unpaved and can be rough. There’s no public transport and taxis are limited, especially on cruise days.





Other Things to Note:

Check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Early or late check-in/out may be possible on request, depending on other guests. No smoking and no pets in our accommodations. Please keep noise down at night. Enjoy your stay at The Shores 3!
