The Sea Star is an adorable seaside studio with a gorgeous ocean view!

Fantastic host! The Sea Star was a perfect place to stay, and had all the comforts of home.

Overlooked the beach. Clean and host very responsive. Only one complaint was in window a/c very noisy and right next to bed. Heater is electric unit. Not sure why when there is an a/c and heating unit up on the wall

the host samantha has created an absolutely beautiful space! check-in process was super easy. gorgeous view from the balcony and front windows. it is so thoughtfully designed with lots of little extras down to snacks and toiletries. adorable tiny kitchen with anything and everything you might need. the unit was light, bright and completely spotless. she was quick to answer any questions we had as well. while this is an older building, the unit is so pristine that it does not matter at all. the only issue we ran into (which is no fault of the host at all) were the elderly residents who smoke at the pool which made it frustrating to try to enjoy the fresh air and ocean breeze. we loved our stay nonetheless. thank you, samantha!

We stayed as a family of 4. The sea star is a perfect location. Easy access to the pool and beach. The condo itself had everything you could need. The owner is quick to respond with questions. The beach is very nice.

We had such a great time! The central location and fantastic ocean views really made our trip so much more than we could have hoped! The place was very clean, had accessible amenities, and the cutest beachy vibe! Would love to be able to revisit in the future!

Staying at the Sea Star was the perfect fit for us. I t was on the beach with a heated pool (spring time visit). It was clean and had all the extras. The owner was very helpful and nice to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay at Samantha’s adorable unit. It was just as described, even little extras in case you forgot something. The checkin was easy and any questions we had were promptly answered. We used the heated pool and access to the beach is available as well. It’s conveniently located to everything, but far enough away that’s it’s very quiet at night. We are hoping to return next year.

Considering we got here right after a hurricane hit, it was a pretty good stay. We didn’t have hot water for most of our stay, but at least we had electric. The room was very clean and the view was wonderful. We were very comfortable.

Really could not have asked for a better place to stay for race weekend. The condo was only about a 15 minute drive from the track, and was right on the beach. The place was really clean and even had all of the beach equipment including a couple of chairs, and umbrella, and beach toys. Communication with the host was excellent and she took care of anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Daytona.

The Sea Star is in a great location and overlooks the pool and the ocean. The room is equipped well including beach chairs and towels. We had a great stay!

This studio apartment was the perfect beachside getaway for my daughters and I! Cozy, comfortable, great accommodations, and right on the beach! We absolutely loved our stay!

Overall the room was excellent. This was our second visit. My only complaint is we were unaware that the property direct access to the beach was closed from hurricane damage and has not re-opened causing a LONG walk around to access beach and with a bum leg this made the stay very difficult. Also one of the pools is closed so there were more in the one smaller pool. Room excellent but amenities were a little disappointing this trip

Daytona for the Fourth of July is our annual anniversary destination. Though we have stayed at Ocean Jewels before, this was our first stay in this unit and by far the best. I especially enjoyed the view from the nook each morning. The place is perfectly cozy with all the generous comforts you could want. The host has carefully thought of every little detail and need you could possibly have. The fine details & comforts will spoil you. Daytona is always congested during this holiday but we like this area because it is centrally located, yet out of the hustle and bustle. We have not had a parking issue here like at other condo associations. We will definitely book with this host again.
