Property was perfect! Very convenient location. Great communication from the host. Close to car park. Very clean and comfortable.

Excellent, flat well furnished and equipped in good modern taste - though stairs a trial for 85 year olds!

This apartment is wonderful. Excellent location, tons o f space, and the AC was just what we needed during the heat wave. I would definitely recommend this apartment to all of my friends and family.

The overall stay was very good. We did have a little a little trouble reaching the host while we were awaiting the access codes to enter but she did return our call ultimately and we received the codes. Access was as described although the third floor in Europe is the fourth floor to Americans. Location had great access to restaurants and activities in Beaune. Parking was a short distance from the loft and can be busy if you are coming and going. Also not park in middle location cause car access can be tricky. Car parking is very tight. Had to enter from passenger side of car a couple times. Overall really loved the location.

Very nice loft in the heart of the city. If you are unable to climb 66 steps up (and then down, of course) look for a place with elevators (hotels). Very clean and spacious. Bedroom upstairs. Bathroom downstairs. Combo washer and dryer was very convenient. Definitely a plus. Full-sized refrigerator. Stove, microwave oven and dish washer. Just remember, this loft is on Place Monge, not Rue Monge. Easy to confuse. Motion detector lights worked sporadically in corridor to the street. Non-existent in stair well. Have the flashlight on your phone handy if you come back to the loft late at night. All in all, a good place and location.

I loved everything about the Rochepot Loft! Excellent air conditioning, luxurious bathroom and shower, high-end kitchen, and very comfortable bed, pillows, and sheets. Plus, a perfect location in Beaune. I hope to return!

Apartment was just as described in the listing. Beautiful view out of the window. Apartment was very clean. It was easy to find and there were ample places to park close to the apartment to get the luggage up to the unit. The parking garage is nearby. I would recommend this apartment to someone who wants to be in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance and who has no health issues preventing moving luggage up the steps.

This charming loft was perfect for my husband and I! Upbeat, tasteful modern decor. Impeccably clean. Communication through “ what’s app” with the owner was very easy and prompt. Directions and pictures on how to access the property very clear. Amenities very comfortable: sheets, towels, king bed, ample shower, separate WC. Kitchen well-stocked with accessories, cookware. Comfortable living room area. Perfectly located in center of town within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, Hotel Dieu, tasting rooms, cafes, park and ramparts. Would highly recommend! Note: as owner states in description, there are 3 flights of stairs up to apartment-loft. Steps are wide and solid. No elevator. Be mindful of your luggage to carry. This was NOT an issue for us, age 64.

This was a perfect location for exploring Beaune. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Though the parking was not onsite, it was good to have. The apartment is nicely appointed.
