Stayed May 24, 2025Great Location!!! -needs to be updated. Should be offered at a discount. Washer/dryer was broken, couch was broken, very little amenities provided, and desperately needs a new couch.

Stayed Oct 22, 2023Apartment 3 was a good size, well-appointed, and in a great location. However, there is a need for some maintenance. In particular, there was a lot of mould around the windows from leaking guttering. Both sink and toilet cisterns also leaked and the bathroom door was warped. Which made it very difficult to move around quietly. Staff in the coffee shop were helpful, but when the internet cutout we were disturbed at 08.00 to try and fix it, as it appears the entire sites internet connection was routed through our apartment. The interruptions continued throughout the morning, and I would have hoped and expected a courtesy follow up apology. But it appeared as though we were just a nuisance being in there. With a little more TLC on the rooms, and customer care follow up, the Post House would be a top pick.
