Getting around
Parking is available. The sounders train station and Metro stops are close by. Having a car is however the best and convenient way to travel.
We just stayed for 5 days n loved everything about the place!! View was outstanding!! Very peaceful n quit It was a Great stay, we will be back!!
This was a PHENOMENAL find! We have already recommended our friends and family to check this out for a local stay. The neighbors and other tenants were super sweet. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and had a wonderful outdoor space with plenty of activities for homebodies. Waterfront access, SUPs, kayaks, or just swimming, a 25 minute drive to downtown - We were stunned with the value of this property! 10/10 would stay again.
The unit was very quiet and had beautiful views. We explored the lake on kayaks and canoe. Grilled out and swam in the lake. Awesome weekend.
We stayed here for a business convention in town. The rate was exactly what we were looking for and I feel that we got more for the price. Very easy check in. I wish we had more time to walk around and enjoy the dock, fire pit, and the lake. We were at the Tacoma Dome all weekend and didn’t have time to enjoy the facilities. It was about a 20 minute drive to the Dome due to traffic so it was very manageable. Very comfortable stay and nice amenities. I hope to stay again when we have more time to enjoy the lake.
Roshon resides on-site and is readily available around the clock! She is very helpful and delightful ?
We were met by the property manager and she showed us around the property. Beautiful lake in the backyard!! Nice porch and patio to sit and enjoy it. Our accommodations were very nice. Clean and well kept. Had a small problem with the bathroom sink and it was fixed PROMPTLY. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Close to gas, groceries and shopping. Very safe.
Enjoyed our stay - a very clean, well stocked, and safe property. We never heard any of our neighbors and we were close enough to walk to the Safeway and Starbucks. There are plenty of restaurant options. I would recommend The Moonrise Cafe for a great breakfast and local coffee. Our online host was extremely responsive and courteous. Ron, the property manager, was friendly and helpful as well. The only drawbacks were the internet was unsteady, the shower drained slowly, some of the blinds need replacing, and the property as a whole is a bit worn. Overall, a nice stay and a beautiful view of the lake. The kayaks and canoes are available for your pleasure, but we didn’t have time to enjoy them as we only stayed a couple of days on route to Yellowstone before returning back to NJ.
Easy to find. Ron, caretaker/maintenance person was supper friendly and gave us a little tour with the basic information along with his phone number to contact him if we needed any other assistance. The apartment was exactly as pictured, easy to find and get to with great parking. We stayed for 7 nights and would definitely stay here again.
Perfect location for us near the races we were watching. Local shopping and restaurants made it easy. Never heard anyone else in the property and amazing views of the lake. Plenty of parking too. Check-in and check-out was easy.
My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights and really liked it. The view from the kitchen window was beautiful. The pull out couch with the mattress topper was really comfy. We were close to lots of things but had a great lake view to enjoy! Everything was lovely
We were here for a friends wedding near by. We were able to spend the majority of the day hanging out on the beautiful lake! We had tons of fun kayaking and jumping off of the dock
The weather was our only problem. Would love to come back when we can enjoy the lake
Very comfortable and clean. Wish I had had more time to get out on the lake. Great extras....coffee, spices, shampoo, handsoap, etc.... Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning in the future.
Great, cozy, quiet getaway, central location to grocery store…If you want cable, not the place for you:(. Backyard waterfront with kayaks and fire pit!!
