The Pink House Unit B: A Cozy Retreat Steps from the Beach

We loved this property, it was cute, cozy & extremely clean. We will definitely be back!!!

Likes: Very clean unit, conveniently located to the beach, FREE trolley stop steps away, and about a 20 minute walk to Bridge Street (where most restaurants, convenience stores, and nightlife are located), A/C worked great, nice sized back deck, laundry room, large kitchen with everything you need to cook, beach chairs and towels were provided which was not expected. Dislikes: TV had very limited streaming channels (no actual live TV channels), the access code to enter unit gave us issues a few times, water bugs at night outside on front yard

We had a great time at the Pink House! It was in a great location for us to enjoy everything about Anna Marie Island!

We took advantage of the free trolley service to explore areas of AMI. Stops are located close by for both north and southbound trolleys. Access to the public beach is just a short walk away. The Smoqehouse next door had very good food and was ultra-convenient (closed on Sunday). Highly recommend using another service other than Uber if you have a return flight to catch.

Had a great stsy

The apartment was adorable! It’s great for 1-2 people. The only issue was the shower curtain. It falls pretty easily. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

The only thing that I would have enjoyed is access to a laundry room. There was one on premise before hurricane.

The location was excellent!!! Really loved our time in this quaint beach town with lots to do!

Everything was in good condition and I had a great stay there at the Pink House

Nice & clean, good location for a family. The shower was very small & there were no beach chairs or umbrellas as promised in the description. Would not stay here again.

I loved the house, and I could tell things aren't back to how they were before the hurricane. Some things travelers should be aware of:1) Listed washer and dryer, which is shown in the pictures but does not exist. 2) Asked in the app about washer and dryer, zero response3) The deck furniture table was missing glass, so useless if you wanted to put a drink down. 4) Shower curtain rod was being held up by a hope and a prayer, and maybe 3 in screws and tons of Sheetrock mud.

We only had a few days to spend on AMI. The Pink House was quaint and unique, perfectly located a block from the beach and literally beside an amazing restaurant Smoqhouse. Some beach chairs to use would be a great addition and the bathroom could use a bit of repair from some water damage but otherwise it was a perfect stay for 2 of us for a few days.

Had a great time at this awesome studio. Was able to get an early check in and couldn’t have asked for a better trip!

Several issues that made our stay unpleasant.

My friend and I stayed at the Pink House for a four day weekend trip. We loved the Pink House! It was easy to get to, clean, and walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. The decorations were so cute inside and it was the perfect size for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything for us to to prepare breakfast and lunch. We went out to dinner. The host left a booklet with some many recommendations for restaurants and activities. We had the best time!!

Beautiful area

This is a great property for one person or a couple. It is such a cute apartment in a great location.

Great location, a very short walk to public beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided very nice. Nice info packet outlining great restaurants and things to do locally. Nicely appointed with all the amenities desired for a very relaxing stay! Highly recommend.

Property was very clean and well maintained. I was worried about the location, but it was perfect and quiet at night. Communication was easy and quick with host. Bike rental is a must. We got engaged this weekend, so we will definitely be back to this pink little house !

Just steps to the beach, clean, well appointed, bike rental in walking distance. Never had to get in the car! Biked and took the mo key bus and trolley everywhere. Can’t wait to stay again!?

My husband and I enjoyed this amazing property for our anniversary! We loved the proximity to the beach and walkable to bridge street. We had a car, and went to the north end of the island, but also took the trolley which was super easy. This home is so comfortable, cozy, sweetly decorated and clean. We definitely want to go back again!

Loved our 2nd annual stay at TPP as we celebrated our 32nd anniversary! Convenient, clean, chic and comfortable. Can’t beat the value! They always go above and beyond! Will stay here yet again
