Stayed Nov 25, 2025Incredible setting! What a way to experience Flagstaff. Lot of little delightful things to discover around the house. Woods to ramble in, walk to observatory, look down on the town like a model train village.Comfortable bed!

Stayed Aug 7, 2025Andy's flat, which is separate from the rest of his house, was perfect for the two of us. Best of all, the house is right next to the forest at the top of a hill, in a culdesac with only three houses. Great for short hikes, and an easy walk to the Lowell Observatory for anyone who's interested. Andy is very friendly and welcoming. We both would highly recommend The Perch to anyone looking for a getaway in Flagstaff!!

Stayed Jul 10, 2023Dynamite location. Three stacked units in the building on the side of Mars Hill with a great view of Flagstaff. Simply but completely furnished. New and sparkling clean. Walking trails in the pines. You will enjoy it!

Stayed Dec 26, 2022We loved the location atop the ridge over looking Flagstaff. Beautiful sunrises, easy hike to the Lowell Observatory and quick drive to downtown. Very spacious inside, fully and very nicely appointed kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
