The Orange Door

The place was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was cozy and clean and the hosts were fabulous! Would definitely choose to stay again while visiting my son at LCSC.

This place was very clean and parking right out front. It was perfect place for us to land in the evening after visiting with family all day. We would stay here again.

I travel to the Lewiston area a few times a year for work. Hotel prices have gotten outrageous. This little gem is now my “go-to.”

This property was located in a quiet neighborhood and was close to all the locations we needed. I felt safe at this location and they provided everything we needed.

Excellent communication from host. Great neighborhood. Clean, nice separate entrance. I didn't realize it was a basement apartment and there was quite a bit of noise, as expected from a basement. On the small side. We are very tall, both over 6 ft. and, it being a basement, the ceiling was just a bit lower than we expected. Other than that, very nice place.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Orange Door!!! It was quiet, comfortable and clean!!! It was the perfect place to stay while in Lewiston for family events. If you don't mind a tiny but very clean shower, you'll enjoy it too!!!!!

Nice little quaint place that for the price was nice.

It was very easy to load luggage in and out. Very practical place to stay. Loved the lock system. So nice to have a separate living room/bedroom. Was great for a business situation and for two people that sleep on different schedules.

Nice place. Easy to access, close to the college where my son was playing, and it had all amenities needed!

WONDERFUL! You walk in and it is very homey and welcoming. Owner is very helpful if questions arise. Will definitely use again for any company coming to visit. Thank you very much for such a relaxing visit with my boyfriend and daughter.

Clean and inviting, loved the full kitchen for breakfast and food prep for lunch. Nice neighborhood and close to everything. Super comfortable bed in the bedroom, the hide-a-bed is more suitable for kids. Will definitely stay again!

This was a nice little place in Lewiston ID. I would recommend it for a couple to stay there.

I have stayed at the Orange Door 3 times. It is comfortable, everything you need. Great neighborhood. Host is nice and helpful in every way. I will continue staying there while visiting Lewiston.

Great location for my needs

I agree with all the other reviews that this place is very clean, the neighborhood felt safe and the atmosphere was inviting. Things to keep in mind if you choose this location are: the shower is small, it’s a basement shower so makes sense, I had no issues because I am short (5’4”) and average size, if you are any taller or have more curves than me you will struggle. As a basement rental the hosts are upstairs and you do hear them walking around and talking upstairs which means they would likely hear you as well, not a big deal if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the rental but if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs because the neighborhood dogs are also awake early in the mornings l. These are not issues I had but definitely things to keep in mind if looking at this space.

Great stay-everything you need, close to everything!

This was our first time in Lewiston. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Nice full size refrigerator to cool down our ice chest food. We are on a long road trip. The neighborhood is super quiet. The blossoming trees are gorgeous. The host was very communicative and accommodating. Would stay here again.

I have stayed in hotels that were WAY more expensive, but they were not nearly as comfortable and welcoming as The Orange Door. Good location - it is easy to reach any part of town from the apartment, and it had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. I highly recommend this place if you are headed to Lewiston.

Only reason for 4 stars is the owners stayed the whole time I was there. Made a lot of noise upstairs, and one night was vacuuming at 9:00 at night. Would be nice if they had an air fryer, but overall very nice place.

The Orange Door has all the amenities convenient for any traveler. With parking right outside the door, the location very close to stores and restaurants, and a clean and comfortable layout, it offered an experience far preferable to that of any hotel.

We stayed at the Orange Door while participating in the Mainly Marathons Northwest Series. The location was great for the events In Idaho and Washington. The facilities were well appointed and comfortable. We would stay there again if in the area.

The proprietor was very helpful and made herself available when I had questions. I’d stay again based on this alone.

Perfect for one night unplanned visit to Lewiston. I really appreciate that there was no minimum stay of 2+ days. 2 Beds, wine glasses and a bathroom were all we needed and the close proximity of good pizza was perfect!

The property was very clean and had all needed conveniences. The location was close to Main St and downtown but still very quiet. We didn't hear any street noise. Communication with the host was great.

We came to Lewiston for a wedding and this place was clean and cute. Everything we needed for the weekend was there.

The liason was close to stores and parks. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was a blessing in the 115° summer.
