Stayed Oct 16, 2025The beach is still being repaired from storm damage but did have access ... the water pressure and no private balcony was really only complaints and those were not really a big deal. Overall nice little place for the price

Stayed May 15, 2025Room was nice and clean. Instructions for check on were easy. We were there for Rockville and didn't have an issue with parking like other properties we have stayed at.

Stayed Jan 25, 2025Location was good and unit was clean. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom sink was small so difficult to use for a bigger person. Heating unit made lots of noise throughout the night. The humidifer hose went from top of refrigerator into the kitchen sink.

Stayed Jun 17, 2024The listing was accurate. The location was set back off the main road and very peaceful. Having the pool was nice when wanting to get away from the beach. Everything we needed was available in the unit. Easy parking and easily able to come and go without lots of traffic. While on the beach a nice mile or little less to walk to some restaurants and the pier.

Stayed May 9, 2024We arrived late at night and the check in was still super easy. The unit itself was absolutely spotless and was the perfect size for a 4 day stay. The location is a little ways from the busy areas which made for some nice quiet evenings. On the chance I return to Daytona Beach, I would absolutely stay again!
