This kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to complete the home-away-from-home experience.

DEN
The den is just off the entrance and has a double bed for additional sleeping space. This is a great place for the little ones!


PATIO
Unobstructed beautiful mountain views. You will indeed fall in love with the valley from this patio. Includes a propane grill that will work great all year!


LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer in the common bathroom closet available for your use during your stay. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.


PARKING
You will have access to one (1) dedicated underground parking space. There are additional above-ground, visitor parking spaces available if required.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.


Voted the friendliest place in Canada, Radium offers peace, beauty and adventure. You can hear birds singing with the softest echoes, at all times of the day. There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax look no further!


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people.

3. Sable Ridge is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although one (1) pet under 40 lbs is permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found it. If not there will be a $150 replacement charge.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

    We enjoyed our stay at the Noble Nest. The location was perfect. We could walk many areas: cafes, walking trails (Sinclair Canyon) and easy to get to the Hot Springs. Comfortable place, very clean, bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

    My 80 yr old mom and I stayed for 5 nights and we loved our time in this condo and we didn’t want to leave. We each had a bedroom & bathroom. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all the necessary items and bbq on balcony was used daily. The lighting in the kitchen could be brighter, we found it dim when doing dishes & cleaning up. We made a few other suggestions to the host for improvements but they were minor in nature and would not stop us from returning to this unit again. We saw deer from the balcony on two nights and enjoyed the view of the park and setting sun. We would have preferred more comfortable chairs on the balcony as the wooden ones are not great for sitting long-term. The pool area was lovely. Central air was great & easy to use. We can’t wait to return to Sable Ridge and Aisling Baile were excellent hosts to deal with.

    We absolutely LOVED Sable Ridge! Aisling Baile Inc. was extremely communicative and helpful. The property was beautiful and quiet, and our accommodations were modern and exactly what I was hoping for. It was so clean and very convenient having all of the included items. I will be returning here over and over again, and do not plan to stay elsewhere when in the area with my family on vacation! 5 STARS for all areas- thank you for Sable Ridge’s part in building memories with my children ❤️❤️❤️

    We really enjoyed the space and layout of the suite; there was ample room for all of us to relax and enjoy our evenings in Radium. The suite is within walking distance to the main street with all the wonderful restaurants and shops (Radium Brewing was our favourite spot!).

    Clean well maintained property. Disappointed that the pool only had a ladder to get into it. My daughter is disabled so actual stairs would have been benificial for her. It was very hot when we were there. The A/C seemed to work but was extremely noisy.Location was good and view off the balcony was very nice.

    The Noble Nest was the perfect condo for a long weekend stay. The unit is in near-new condition with clean carpets, well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. The premium, south facing location within the building, is also a plus with pleasant views and quiet surroundings. The underground parking spot is handy and secure. The two private bedrooms were ideal for my wife and I and an adult daughter.

    The accommodations were excellent, the only item missing was a shower curtain in the bathroom off our bedroom. Aside from that, all was great.
