The hot tub is both indoor and outdoor as you can see in the images and the pool is a big hit with the Kids. Located in the heart of Canmore, you`ll find yourself just moments away from the town`s vibrant dining, shopping, and entertainment scene. ● Check in is after 3:00 pm
● Check out is at 10:00 am
● No shoes in the house
● Please do not drag luggage to avoid ruining the hardwood floor
● No food on couch or in the bedrooms to not stain the sheets and linens
● No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property. Smoking anywhere on property will result in a $250 remediation fee.
● No drugs, cannabis or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will results in a $250 fine.
● Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
● Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation. There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
●There will be a 99$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items.
●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.
●We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
●We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.


Building Rules (Any violation of below will result in $500 to $1000 fine from the buidling) :


-Only registered guests are permitted in the unit. Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
-No parties, events, excessive noise, loud music, shouting, or disruptive behaviour is permitted.
-Guests may park only in designated parking areas assigned for this unit.
-Do not use unauthorized visitor parking, loading areas, fire lanes, or neighbouring stalls.
-Smoking & Cannabis
-No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is permitted inside the unit, on balconies/patios, or in common areas unless specifically designated.
-Balcony & Patio Use
-Balconies/patios may not be used for storage, parties, hanging laundry, or excessive noise.
-Please respect neighbouring units.
-Garbage & Recycling
-All garbage and recycling must be disposed of properly in designated areas.
-Do not leave garbage in hallways or common areas.
-Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance and compliant with building rules.
-This is a shared residential building. Guests must avoid any conduct that disturbs other residents’ peace, comfort, or convenience.
-Damage & Violations
-Guests are financially responsible for damages, fines, towing charges, bylaw violations, excessive cleaning, or other costs caused during their stay.
-Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund

    Could be a nice place but maintenance on it was in desperate need. Broken showers, bbq, stools, window handles, coffee table, thermostat, lights burnt out and dirty dishes. Oven mitt had a large hole in it and I burnt my hand, cutting board was in two pieces. The tv didn’t have any sound when on the cable box. The code to get into the door didn’t work. It was a terrible experience and was not corrected after I had mentioned it to the rep. Very disappointing that they don’t keep the place maintained and even more the response I received after I mentioned all this issues to them. I will not be staying anywhere Instant suites rents.

    Plenty of space for our needs. Kitchen provided enough for us to food prep for the days of hiking and adventures. Washer and dryer came in very handy as well. Highly recommended for anyone in the area

    The Mountaineer was a perfect spot to stay for a few nights as we explored Banff, conveniently located and had all the amenities we needed. The unit was a bit hard to get into but the host was very fast and helpful. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

    Suite was rundown, cupboards were all loose or didn’t close, lots of chips on walls, bbq was filthy and there were even old chicken bones sitting inside it. We couldn’t even use it. No towels or robes were provided for the pool. Wouldn’t recommend this suite.

    The pictures online were taken some time ago and artfully taken. The kitchen utensils were under stocked - we had to share one dinner knife, there were no garbage bags and no glass cleaner for the glass topped dining table. Kitchen tap had a broken piece, handle on BBQ was broken, there were paint chips and minor wall damage throughout. The building itself is unwelcoming and being repaired and painted during our stay and so hot. The vending machine didn’t work, the restaurant hours were unclear and unwelcoming, the front entrance staff was either unable or unwilling to help, The view from the only window, not in a bedroom, was beautiful, the underground parking was great, location decent. First time using VRBO and likely the last. Don’t feel like I got the experience I was hoping for at that price point.

    This resort has a great pool that my kids like and the cost is good for what you get. The process and host made it easy. The room is as described, but whole resort isn't as nice as it appears in photos. It's cheap feeling and you're at the mercy of the sound levels of every suite around you. The suite and building show wear and odd/cheap layout and finishing choices. The parkade is convenient, but dim, cramped, and dusty. As long as you know what you are getting, it's a convenient, fun home for a family that we've stayed at more than once.

    Easy access to Banff National Park. Nice family breakfast place around the corner. Just a little close to the freeway but nothing that a little brown noise could not cover for as we slept well at the end of each adventure filled day. Living room could use one more comfortable chair for movie watching with party of four. Otherwise, we loved the whole experience and would recommend the place again.

    We always try to spend a quiet week in Canmore before Christmas. The location was an easy walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Very quiet. Just what we needed.
