The off-street parking lot behind the house is a great place to leave your car for your visit, the 1/2 mile walk to downtown is nice and level and mostly along Siskiyou Boulevard.

Cute, quiet, private, and comfortable place close to pretty much everything in Ashland, walking or driving. Walking downtown and to Lithia park was a snap. We appreciated having two full baths plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Beds were comfy and I slept like a log. Also loved the spacious Jack n Jill upstairs bath with lots of counter space, plenty of linens, a great adjustable shower head and deep tub for a relaxing soak -- plus a sturdy, convenient grab bar for getting in and out. The unit is especially cheerful and bright upstairs with its windows and well-placed skylights that offered lots of sunshine without compromising privacy. There's even a well stocked bookshelf in case you forget to bring a good book. Entry gate and parking are off a gravel alley with two spots allocated to the unit, plus on street parking the next street over if needed. A single wish list item would've been more counter space in the tiny kitchenette and a bigger fridge and freezer vs mini fridge. But no matter - we'd all still stay again!
The property was clean and conveniently located.
It was a wonderful experience. The cottage was perfect for us! The rooms had a lot of space, the kitchenette worked perfectly for us! Thr Breville was great,(I have one) The property has an outdoor area that reminded me of the courtyards in New Orleans, it was well shaded and private. We are hoping to rebook next year! Thank you for you hospitality!
Clean, comfortable, and as described. Approximately 15 min walk to OSF theaters and downtown Ashland. We appreciated that this place had air conditioning, as many rentals in Ashland do not. We would have loved some black-out curtains in the bedrooms so we could have slept in, but other than that, great place!
We had a lovely time at the Maple Apartment at Tudor House. The house was super comfortable and very cozy. One of our members felt under the weather and spent all day in the house, but that was just fine by him! The location is excellent, making it easy to walk downtown or to OSF (or to Morning Glory, the esteemed breakfast place). And as the owner of a hybrid plug-in vehicle, we were pleasantly surprised to see a charger on the garage! Apparently we may have taken it on its maiden voyage. Thanks, Raliegh!
Comfortable place to stay with easy walk to town
Heat was off and temperature was 42 degrees f which is not safe for a toddler to be in. Took 6 hours for apartment to heat up to 65 degrees f. The property is not safe for toddlers in general. Back yard is a mess
Thank you!
We’d stay again!!
A lovely, cozy place w all the amenities. Tho no stove, a sort of electric appliance one can cook a whole chicken or chili in, plus a nice toaster oven. Our week here was quite nice.
The space is clean, charming and well appointed. And it was quiet with comfortable beds. I loved the watercolor paintings on the walls in every room!
Nice central spot with cozy vibes.
Great apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Loved sitting out on the patio chatting with my sisters. SOOOooo much better than staying at a hotel!
Sweet space with kind property manager... It had everything we needed! The location was perfect (we could walk downtown and to see family over by the college). Extremely quiet with very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Wifi and ability to steam from our own streaming services was also great. Thanks so much for making our time in Ashland comfortable and convientent!
We had a lovely time at this Ashland property, great location, and nicely appointed!
We spent two nights here and had a lovely time. It's a very cozy, clean, comfortable suite. I wish the fridge was bigger but the owner has done a fabulous job of maximizing such a small kitchenette space.
The Maple Apartment was exactly as advertised. The rooms all have lots of natural light and the beds are excellent! The kitchen is minimal, but we knew that going in and it worked just fine for us. Raleigh was a super host, nonintrusive and responsive. We loved walking in the neighborhood. We were disappointed in the plays the Festival offered this year, but delighted to find this great place to stay. We'll be back!
Very nice. Just so you know, we didn't know that the parking spaces were marked. The refrigerator is set too cold and freezes some items. Hard to keep windows open as the blinds are broken.
Very comfortable, quiet and clean. Will definitely be back. Especially enjoyed Yo shi, the owners dog. The only short coming of this rental is the untidy back yard. It is the first thing you see when you arrive. We were gone a lot so it did not really hamper our stay, but it could be a sweet back yard and a nice place to sit and enjoy the warm summer evenings in Ashland. Other than that a very nice find.
