The Madison - Upscale 2-King Bed apartment by Ft. Gordon

The location is PERFECT for Fort Gordon! The apartment was very clean and came with everything we needed. Tim was very responsive and clear with his communication. I will definitely stay here again!

Clean, spacious unit in a developing area that is still quieter but with close access to I-20 and Atlanta attractions. A new Kroger is opening up across the street which should make shopping for groceries/gas very convenient. Kitchen has minimal cookware and utensils for meals in, so not for master chefs. Really nice to have 2 king beds and 2 full bathrooms for adult travelers.

Apartment was as described. Clean and comfortable. Responsive host. Perfect for our weekend couples trip. I would recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying at Tim’s place in Augusta, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! This property is definitely worthy of a 5-star review. First and foremost, the comfort level of the accommodation was exceptional. The beds were incredibly cozy, providing a restful night's sleep after completing a Ironman race. The furniture was not only stylish but also very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Cleanliness is something that I highly value, and this Vrbo exceeded my expectations in that regard. The entire property was spotless, from the bedrooms to the bathrooms and even the kitchen. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure a pristine environment for guests. One of the standout features of this Vrbo was its spaciousness. The living areas were roomy and well-designed, allowing for easy movement and a sense of openness. There was ample space for everyone to enjoy without feeling cramped. Additionally, the property was equipped with all the necessary amenities to make our stay convenient and enjoyable. The kitchen had modern appliances and was fully stocked, making it easy for us to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the entertainment options provided were a great way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Lastly, I would like to commend Tim for his exceptional hospitality. They were prompt in his response and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

We stayed here due to the location to Fort Gordon. The place was close, clean and accurately described. I appreciate that there we plenty of towels even pool towels.
