The Loft on Birch, Downtown Walla Walla, sleek modern industrial Condo

We loved our stay! The master shower was complicated to operate and we were wishing for instructions but we figured it out!

Great property and walking distance to downtown. We were there for a concert at the fairgrounds, and were pleasantly surprised we could walk there too! The house had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and nice outdoor space.

Good location and nice remodel. Unresponsive owners for requests. Ice maker did not work and did not offer a solution upon request. Propane tanks for gas grill almost empty. They were not refilled upon request.

Cleanliness, location, amenities…all perfect. Our group commented that the unit felt even bigger than the pictures made it look. Would happily return.

Despite some initial challenges getting into the unit, we really enjoyed the location of the condo. It's been nicely remodeled and the kitchen is well stocked. would stay again.

This property is within walking distance to the whole “Downtown Walla Walla” experience! It was perfect for my group, we enjoyed the modern clean style of the condo, the great outdoor seating options, comfy rooms, and easy access to all the shops and restaurants downtown. We enjoyed the stay so much that we are already planning another trip!

The house was very convenient for us to walk to downtown for wineries and restaurants. It was clean and much more spacious than pictures. We’d come back in a heart beat.

What a lovely property! We walked to all the tasting rooms and restaurants! The loft was very comfortable, beds and linens were great! The front deck really extends the living area. Looking forward to our next visit already :)

This is the second time I have booked a stay in this unit for a girls getaway. It's a perfect spot-rooms for everyone, nice layout, great deck and patio, close to downtown.

Great place to stay in Walla Walla for a wine tasting weekend! Conveniently located near downtown restaurants and tasting rooms. The unit is well designed and well equipped with amenities. We were two couples but this unit would comfortably accommodate 3. The host checked in frequently during our stay and was incredibly responsive when we had a coffee maker fail.

This is a really great property. Very convenient to everything downtown. Comfortable, spacious. The two outdoor spaces are very nice. Beds are some of the most comfortable we've ever had at a VRBO. Highly recommend this property.

Booked this property for a family getaway with our adult children. The location was perfect for us and the parking was easy and convenient. The apartment itself was large, clean and we all commented on how well stocked it was. The beds were comfortable, the shower in the primary was a dream - made my husband want to remodel our bathroom. We really enjoyed the outdoor space as well. Would definitely stay again.

Although we were three friends on a golf and wine trip, the nicely remodeled loft apartment provides very nice space for three couples. There are three bedrooms and two baths, well equipped cooks kitchen, great gathering space, and a nice fireside table and terrace. Also, a nicely heated swim spa. All was as advertised! The host was congenial and responsive. We hope to stay there again our next time in town.

Property was just as pictured. Great overall set up, all items needed (coffee, utensils, etc.), and a great location. Very close to downtown and we could walk to breakfast every morning and dinner every night. Would defiantly stay again.

This is a terrific and affordable place to stay if you want to explore downtown Walla Walla. It is three blocks from Main St. which is chock fll of terrific resteraunts and wine bars. The place itself is lovely, clean, spacious, and has a very nice kitchen. We will definitely stay here again, if we can, our next trip.

Easy access, well-appointed, and very clean. Perfect location and space for 3 couples for quick overnight between wine tasting. Communication with owner was clear and timely.

Location was perfect, one block to downtown and could walk to dinner and shops as well as tasting rooms. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. The one issue I had was in the listing It is not clear that to access the hot tub you have to go out the front door, down the sidewalk, into the alley and in a gate. We ended up not using the hot tub as a result

My family and I loved the Loft on Birch. It had plenty of room and made us all feel right at home. We will definitely be rebooking this wonderful location again.

Great loft to stay at! Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy breakfast and “wine” down in the evening! Amazing location to downtown with great outdoor space to enjoy as well! Fantastic hosts!! Recommend highly to anyone visiting the Walla Walla area with a group of 5 or more!!!

Had a great stay at the Loft on Birch. Very clean and spacious place in a great location. Patty and Michael were very helpful with any questions we had and very thorough with instructions and answers. We would love to stay again for a longer visit next time!

This condo is absolutely wonderful! The hosts are outstanding and provide everything you could want - communication was top-notch! The location can’t be beat - walking distance to wine tasting rooms and restaurants. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
