Stayed Sep 18, 2025The property is good location. We had a few concerns. Some of the dishes in kitchen cabinet were unclean. The bathroom had little surface to sit things on. The toilet paper was extremely thin. The bed was comfortable. We liked the close access to the beach.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024Very comfortable for two. Enjoyed the access to Hampton Beach restaurants and activity, but could retreat to quiet, friendly neighborhood and lovely Seabrook beach.
