Stayed Aug 29, 2024the location is great, close to buses and easy access to downtown and capital ill BUT!!!!!!! The place is dark/ humid - it is a basement- and the people above are noisy at all hours of the night. it was disclosed to me that the room was in a basemnet….but i did not realize that whomever lives upstairs is making noises at the most ungodly hours. the bed is NOT good for my back….so sleeping was hard for a couple of reasons. the place could use some deep cleaning and a few more things; ONE SPOON FOR THE COFFEE- SOME COFFEE OTHER THAN INSTANT….

Stayed Jun 28, 2024I honestly had a great time while here, and the location of this rental was perfect. It is a wonderful neighborhood, a couple of blocks from the arboretum, and, if you are relying on public transportation, within easy walking distance of two bus lines that will take you into downtown within 30 minutes. Well worth it!
