Stayed Aug 1, 2025This was my first stay at this peaceful farm property with friendly but lively dogs. On the first night, I was woken around 1 a.m. by barking and flashing security lights as the dogs ran across the front. Light sleepers might find this disruptive.The master bedroom was clean, but the mattress was firmer than I’m used to. There’s no air conditioning, so cooling relies on ceiling fans and open windows — manageable during my visit but could be tougher in summer.Cell service is very limited unless you use Union Wireless or Verizon. I had no AT&T or T-Mobile signal and relied on the host’s Wi-Fi, which was fast.Entertainment was minimal with just a few books and no TV or games, so bring your own entertainment if you plan to stay in.A note for drivers: one dog followed me into the garage while my brother helped me back in the vehicle. The dogs are sweet but be cautious when moving cars.At 179/night, I hoped for more comfort and amenities, but the tranquil setting and chance to unplug after exploring Lander made for a relaxing stay.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025We had such a great experience staying here! Melissa was incredibly kind and accommodating—especially when we had a last-minute schedule change. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. Communication was excellent from the start, and she provided all the info we needed for a smooth check-in.The property itself was amazing—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and in a location that truly felt special. The view was something we won’t forget anytime soon. Overall, this was one of the more memorable stays we’ve had, and we’d absolutely come back again!
