The apartment sits on the ground floor of a private home. The upper level is the owners` residence - they stay occasionally, mostly on weekends. You have your own private entrance and the terrace is exclusively yours.

All rooms open directly onto the terrace, with lake and mountain views. The living area sits in between the two bedrooms, keeping both rooms private without feeling separated.

The kitchen is well set up for a longer stay - dishwasher, full oven, and espresso gear. The bathroom has a corner spa bath and a separate shower. Toilet is separate - practical for a group getting ready for a ski day.

Outside
The terrace is the feature of this place. Large enough to genuinely use - outdoor dining table, gas BBQ, and a glass balustrade that keeps the view completely clear.
Getting around

The Remarkables Accessway is around 10 minutes by car - without sitting in the Frankton bottleneck. For town, the Bayview Ferry stop is a 10-minute walk, straight across the lake with no traffic and no parking hassle. The bus stop toward Frankton is 5 minutes away. The lakeside Frankton Track for walking and cycling is right in front of the property. Jardine Park and Kelvin Heights Golf Club are both close by for quieter days between ski runs.

On arrival
The home is stocked with coffee, tea and milk. Toiletries including body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
