Cleveland, Ohio
Newly renovated Ohio City home, is the perfect place for a group of friends, families or business colleagues looking for more space and quiet than a crammed hotel room. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their privacy. Large kitchen and living area equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms make this the perfect home for large groups.
Really cute property with historic details. Comfy beds & linens and plenty of space for our group of 6. The location was the best, just a short drive (or walk) to the Lake Erie waterfront or downtown with lots of food & drink options. We really enjoyed our stay! Also a plus, no long list of things to do before checking out!
We were surprised when we arrived by the state of disrepair: handle broken off of the dishwasher, missing parts on the coffee maker, a broken chair, what appeared to be dog urine on a carpet and a leaking clothes washer without hot water. Also, the deadbolt on the front door was missing.
Close to beach and downtown.
Not bad ...
Very clean, comfortable old home. Nice kitchen. Neighborhood was good. Great location for folks who like to walk (we do). Close to Westside market, a reasonable walk to Progressive Stadium and Cleveland Aquarium. Heating worked beautifully…it was COLD IN Cleveland.
This property was a good option for our whole family to stay and we thoroughly appreciated how clean it was. If you are looking for a very updated place with good amenities you may want to find another property. This worked for our stay since we were not at the property other than at night. We could tell that this was a very quick flip job. There were quite a few issues like a bathroom sink that barely drained and broken furniture that was somewhat usable. The windows could also use new blinds or curtains to help at night. The back bedroom also had a closet that was locked with a light on which didn't help those sleeping in that room. We were not too bothered by these issues so we did not contact the property manager but all agreed that some work would need to be done on this property for us to stay here again.
We were a group of five 60+ year old siblings & spouses. We came to Cleveland to do some site seeing. One of the things we loved the best was the location! The house was close to the downtown area & other places we visited. The beds were comfy. The house has been nicely fixed up. We had a few small issues. Most were addressed promptly by the courteous property manager. It was nothing that would keep us from staying again if back in the area. Thanks for a nice stay at the house.
Really nice place and neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay
We found the rental unit needed some work. The kitchen sink drain was slow along with the shower. I had to tighten the loose toilet seats. Doors never closed properly. In the one bathroom, the cold water was on the left & the hot was on the right. The light above the sink would blink while in the shower. Only two spoons and four forks to go around for seven people. The one bathroom was also going through a remodel, plaster on the walls and no towel rack. We were there for three nights. If we were there longer, we would have contacted the property owner. We were very disappointed with our living arrangements.
We had two families with nine of us total, 4 adults and 5 teens. The property and location worked perfectly. Plenty of nice areas within walking distance including a really nice ice cream shop a short walk away. We walked quite a bit and always felt safe in this area. The porch is also nice for a morning coffee and the room layout was perfect for a group of this size. The only minor issues were the towels and linens were a little short for this size group. We couldn't find the linens for the couch. Also the dryer needs repair as it had a loud squeal when running. I am sure the management of this property would have addressed this if we reached out but for our short time there we just made it work. Great place if you want to explore downtown Cleveland area.
