This is one of my new favorites for VRBO. Perfect for three guests. I love the ice cream shop below the apartment. Very clean and cozy.

The property is super quaint and cute. Stuff is in a bit of disrepair but I didnt expect hotel quality. Its super cute and the host added lots of personal touches. What we didn't like was the fact that we had to wash our own dishes, take out the trash, and load the washer before we left. I'm sorry but what is the point of a stay away from home if I have to do the same chores? And why am I paying a cleaning fee if I have to do half myself?

Pros: Loved staying in the historic area. Loved that they offered books, games, and movies in the room. Very relaxing after you get into the main part of the apartment. Cons: The steps are very steep and high. The bed is so high that you have to be tall to sleep on it. My mother in law and sister in law had to sleep in the living room because they could not get in the bed. The communication of how to check in and check out could be allot better.

Our stay was great. The accommodations were very homey, and there was plenty of room for us to stretch out and unwind at the end of the day. Kudos to the property owners for knowing how to make up a super comfy bed. We will be back next time we come to town. Plus the ice cream shop is a bonus.

Charming flat right in the middle of historic downtown Wilmington. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Minutes from WEC. Incredibly reasonable rates.

What an awesome place!!! Right downtown, rustic charm, sparkling clean, quiet, this place is an absurd gem! I booked two nights, but was only able to stay one. Had to spend the first night in a generic motel that cost twice as much. I was so disappointed I couldn't spend the whole time in Nana's Nook! I can't rave about it enough. Truly the highlight of my time in Wilmington.

Excellent stay per usual! Literally everything you can think of. Unfortunately we were just there to sleep and didn’t really get to utilize all the wonders.

Was clean and adequately supplied. Icemaker did not work. Every floor is on a different level. WATCH YOUR STEP! If you are over 5 ft tall, WATCH YOUR HEAD going up the second set of steps inside.

Lovely apartment with everything we could need. We stayed one night and the place was clean, the bed was comfortable and the living room was very nice. It rained quite a bit so we spent more time than we intended inside. We were glad for the lovely space. The place is right in town, and thankfully the town was very quiet after dark. We rested well.

It was easy to find and get inside. It is very oudated and could clean the place better. No hot water in kitchen sink. Bed was comfy and was pretty quiet there. It was ok since we inly stayed 2 nights.

We had a great time. It was a perfect place for us to hang out with my teenage daughter's friend who is a local. We enjoyed just chilling and relaxing after a day at the Newport Aquarium. Would stay again. We want to try Papsy's ice cream.

Great location. Older building but roomy. Hosts were easy to contact, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. Some street noise but not too bad. Appliances were good. Will stay again.
