Stayed Dec 13, 2024Apartment is well maintained and comfortable. It is in a great location in the historic area of Coconut Grove. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants, marina, parks, and metro rail station. We lived in the grove for many years prior to moving overseas. It wasvery nice spending time in our old stomping grounds and seeing all the new development. We would recommend staying in this lovely area. , andparks andmetro rail

Stayed Oct 18, 2024This was a nice spot and was good for what we needed. I wouldn’t have wanted to spend a lot of time in the apartment but we had a busy weekend so we only used the place for sleeping. My one recommendation to the owner is to hang the bathroom mirror higher (I’m 5’6” and couldn’t see myself while getting ready because the mirror was too low). The location was perfect though!

Stayed Oct 23, 2024I originally rented a one-bedroom apartment with sofa bed close to downtown Coconut Grove from Wednesday, October 23- Sunday October 27. Due to unseen circumstances, we did not leave for Miami till the 24th.We live about 120 miles in the Florida Keys from the rental and I found out the morning of the 24th., that the rental wasn't going to be available for my dates. My husband was having surgery on Friday, October 25 and I had to have a bedroom for him and the sleeper sofa for me for privacy. The rental agent found me a suite that was not acceptable since I needed a bedroom. We left at 3 pm to drive to Miami and at 2:45 I was told that a one-bedroom apartment had been found. Arriving at the apartment the elevator was broken so we had to climb to the 3rd floor. We are both in our 70's so a little challenging. The apartment fronted US 1, the main road through Miami, very congested and noisy. We hardly slept and I made other arrangements for the next two nights. I informed the rental agent later that afternoon, after my husband's surgery. I had requested a refund when this all started and to let me find something else. They insisted that it was their responsibility to do this. I do feel that I should get a partial refund for the two nights I didn't stay. I would never have rented the apartment in such a congested area.
