Lake views are incredible. House is very clean and comfortable will all the amenities of home. Great place to relax and unwind.

Stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary and it was an amazing weekend! The property was perfect for a relaxing getaway, beautifully maintained, and in a great location. Michelle was an outstanding host—her ascetic abilities made everything feel effortlessly simple yet perfectly taken care of, with thoughtful touches everywhere. We especially loved the trips out on the pontoon along with some good bass catches; they were the highlight of our stay and created some wonderful memories on the water. Highly recommend this place for couples or families looking for a memorable escape. We’ll definitely be back! We loved the Bentonville downtown area, so much to do!

We had a relaxing and very comfortable stay. The place had everything we needed to be comfortable. The view of the lake was wonderful and very peaceful. We sat outside for hours just reading and looking at the lake.

The reason we booked this listing was for the location on the lake and the outdoor amenities. The outdoor space was very appealing and relaxing. Many outdoor seating options to enjoy the views of the lake. Michelle is a great host. She and her husband go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. They took us out on the lake in their pontoon on two nights. The indoor space was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. My daughter's favorite part was the chocolate Michelle left on the kitchen table. We intend to stay at this location again in the future.

Nice peaceful relaxing stay. The host was excellent if you had any needs or questions. Suggestions for restaurants was great! The room was very clean with nice amenities. The view was superb. It made for a delightful stay!

I hate to write a good review, because I want the property available when I want to use it! I arrived towards dark and Michelle met me outside and walked me down to the entrance. She was pleasant and accomodating. The space itself is wonderful, smaller, but plenty of space for my purpose. It had a lot of amenities that I didn't even get to use during my limited time there, but that view! That alone was worth it.

Michelle was an excellent host. She was very helpfull and even took us on a pontoon ride on the lake. The decor was awesome at the Green Door. Everything was furnished and very charming.The view was relaxing. The only drawback is that the steps to get to the cottage were not meant for elderly or people with bad knees. Otherwise I would give it a five star rating.

Beautiful view of Lake Avalon. Very peaceful stay. The owners were very nice. The place was well furnished, clean and comfortable.To get to the room, you have to be able to maneuver some steep steps.

Michelle has a great place, I wish we could have stayed a couple more days. She was easy to communicate with and her home has everything you need except your groceries. Would absolutely stay again.

Michelle and Damon are great host. We stayed 2 nights and will definitely be back. The place is super clean and in great shape with spectacular views. The bed is very comfortable and has great views of the lake. We caught many fish from the dock too.

This property is so clean, and has everything you need for your stay: basic kitchen supplies, small fridge and freezer, dishwasher, Keurig, washer/dryer, even a towel warmer and electric bidet toilet seat. There is a comfortable sofa in the living area, and the bed is very comfortable. The views are beautiful with a wall of windows facing the lake. Michelle is so kind and friendly. She is sure to answer any questions you might have and helped me bring my luggage down to the apartment.I stayed here just two nights to have some focused, quiet time to plan our homeschool year, and this place worked out perfectly and was a beautiful space to get some work done.

I was just returning from a long challenging trip and needed a quiet spot to refresh. Every detail of the house was well thought out for comfort, beauty and relaxation. Michelle is an excellent hostess. We brought food to the house and ate there. Grocery and restaurant close by.

We had the best time here! Michelle had a beautiful place right on the lake! She was great! We got in late (after midnight) she met us at the driveway and walked us in. She was very accommodating when we needed an extra parking spot. The VRBO was adorable and it had everything you could need! We will definitely be back!

Quaint, comfortable and cozy place. Lake views galore. Our only concern, as Senior Adults, the climb up and down to the condo was difficult. Coffee Bar was an added treat. Stocked with a variety of coffees.

The first word that comes to mind is the details. The owner thought of everything we could need, and more. From the decor, to lighting, the perfect little mini kitchen, the fireplace, the overall effect is just perfect. That doesn't even count the beautiful views! You could see the water from every room, and we did. Owners are friendly and accommodating. This is close to everything too. Quick drive to trails, shops, and food. We cannot wait to come back when it's warm!

This place is a hidden gem in BV! We could have spent our entire stay sitting in the front room watching the waterfowl and the different moods of the lake! So many comforting touches that I can’t begin to list them all here!

This charming home with breathtaking views of the lake is perfect for a quiet getaway. The space is spacious yet cozy, clean, comfy and full of amenities. From adirondacks on the lake to a swinging chair on the porch to heated towels in the blissful bathroom, this vrbo has endless thoughtful touches. Nearby hiking or biking trails and great dining help create a perfect respite from regular life. The host is kind and gracious. We will be back!

The home was beautiful! Our stay was wonderful! We didn’t know much about Arkansas going in and were hoping for a more secluded getaway and closer hiking trails. More research needed on our end. But an overall great trip!

This place didn't seem like much at first, but we quicky realized what a gem it was. The owners were very intentional with every bit of the design. They made sure that it was the most comfortable experience for anyone. The view is gorgeous too. The Green Door offered two teachers/coaches the respite we needed to reset and begin our holiday break. It was a perfect birthday stay with my love!

We loved every detail of this lake house, obviously the location but it’s so much more than that! The best bed and linens, the charm of the bath tub with the bath salts and bath bomb. I loved every bit of our stay!

We got there later than intended but had a great time! She gave great food recommendations and once we were back, we found board games and played in front of the fireplace and enjoyed such a relaxing getaway. The worst part was getting there after dark and not getting to enjoy the view until the morning, which was absolutely beautiful! We will be back!

My husband and I celebrated our 42nd Anniversary here. The apartment was so inviting and decorated beautifully! We sat on the black couch and looked out at the lake which was very relaxing. The hostess was super kind and thoughtful. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We had a great night away at Michelle’s place. It was very clean which is appreciated. She was responsive and accommodating. Her kindness and thoughtfulness is evidenced throughout the rental with all the attention to details. If your knees can handle a short walk down and up the hillside you will not regret booking a stay here.

The host is amazing! They have been renting this space for a while, but it looked like it was all brand new! The attention to detail for little items is awesome here - games, art on the walls, blanket, cozy areas for relaxing, a bidet!!! Seriously so many great little details that make it feel luxurious and relaxing. Stop looking for other places, this is the one you want.
