Property views are really nice, staff very friendly by messages, location is very good, Sagrada Familia is too close from the apartment.

Great stay.

Property was beautiful, spacious, and had gorgeous views. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, metro, and bus stops. Walking distance to many of the tourist sites. Only thing that could be better is the wifi - signal is spotty at best.

Extremely comfortable apartment in a very convenient location.

The apartment was clean and as expected. Nice warm beds, loads of space. Bathrooms were small but well appointed. There was a wind storm while we were there, but the property manager and host were available immediately to rectify any issues. Would recommend. I loved the location.

Welcoming host, nice accommodation

Excellent location. We were a group of 8 (including young adults). We were able to walk to the Sagrada Família , las ramblas. Even to the pier. Rooms are comfortable. Lots of restaurants and coffee places around. For sure on my list of properties to rebook if available on my next trip to Barcelona.

Great place to stay for families. Close enough to easily explore by foot or metro but not super busy, crowded or noisy. We had a small problem with the water heater that was immediately fixed. Building felt safe and we were very comfortable for a group of five.

We had a great stay! Communications with property manager were quick, the place was super clean and as pictured. Also the location was fantastic!

This place was really wonderful. It was so quiet we couldn't believe we were in a city. Management made the check in process so easy. We had one very minor issue and they took care of it immediately. The place was clean and comfortable.

Highly recommended. 7 adults and plenty of room. Location was perfect. Clean and nicely furnished. No complaints whatsoever. The floors in the building were creaky and I know we made noise for any downstairs neighbors. We heard the floors above but it was not a problem for us. Bring earplugs if you are light sleeper. Excellent stay!

The apartment was in a great area. Communication was great from the time we booked through the end of our stay. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage with Liliana, who was extremely helpful. The apartment met everyone’s needs and we LOVED the central air.

We had a fantastic stay in Barcelona! The apartment was perfect—clean, comfortable, and equipped with excellent air conditioning, which was a huge plus in the summer heat. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk from the stunning Sagrada Familia (15 min walk(. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This is our first family trip to Barcelona and we thank the host's prompt responses to our questions. The convenience of being able to store luggage in their office is much appreciated. Would recommend to family traveling with kids. Thanks for hosting us.

We LOVED this apartment so much. The location is unbeatable and the space was perfect for our family. I just can’t recommend this spot enough and on top of that they were so kind and helpful to us when one of our family members was sick. Also we all absolutely fell in love with Barcelona! Looking forward to returning to the city and this rental property one day.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was overall clean. Would've liked the TV to have a smart feature to be able to login to Netflix or something since most of the channels were in Spanish, which is to be expected. Next time we'd probably bring a fire stick or something. We had one person in our party with mobility issues, and saw that it has an elevator. I felt I should write here that while it does have an elevator, it is not wheelchair accessible. The entry door requires you to step over the door threshold, approximately 4-5, and go up a flight of stairs to reach the elevator. Not a big deal, but if you're expecting a ground floor elevator with no stairs, this isn't it. This is no big deal so long as everyone in your party doesn't have an issue with stairs. The bathtub requires stepping into, and you have to step-up into the shower for the 2nd bathroom.. so if you have anyone who can't do that, steer clear. We would otherwise recommend the unit.The beds were comfortable, there were several spots with plugs (European style, so bring your adapter if you don't have Euro-style plugs.) The main bathroom toilet kind of kept running awhile after flushing, but eventually stopped. There was a bit of rust in the bathtub, but otherwise clean and fine. They had an office location a couple doors down toward the corner where we were able to store our luggage after checkout at no additional cost, which was a very nice feature that we appreciated.

Family gathering for 3 days and the property was perfect! Beds and bedding comfortable and plentiful. Lots of room for everyone to spread out.

This apartment was in the best location to local food and tourist hotspots. We could walk to everyone of our destinations. It was very spacious . Check in was so easy and host was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nicely sized apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms with twin beds, and 2 bedrooms with double beds. Excellent location with walking distance to all main attractions including Sagrada Familia. However the biggest let down is was the bathrooms which were appalling unfortunately. There are 2 bathrooms - 1 with a bidet and bath tub and another one with a shower square, toilet and sink. The one with the bathtub and bidet had a terrible smell and there were no windows in there to let it ventilate. The one with the shower room was so tiny and the shower square and sink is full of mould and dirt. I just didn’t want to shower in either but had to as fast as I could. Both bathrooms wouldn’t drain as you shower so you’re standing in your own dirty water. Apart from that, all went well. Please do something about the bathrooms.
