Built in 1903 and rich in history, this 122-year-old building is on the National Register of Historic Places and has a lot of history and ambiance to share. From surviving the Great Flood of 1937, to entertaining Paducah natives Vice-President Alben Barkley and humorist Irvin S. Cobb, people ask Is the place haunted and we reply: Only with the happiest of memories :)

Our 3-story event center hosts all sorts of occasions from private weddings, anniversaries and celebrations to publicmusic concerts and themed three-course dinners. Make sure to check our socials to see if your stay correlates with any of our special events! Please be advised that the ballroom is not included in this rental. Access is permitted solely for passage when using the elevator; it may not be utilized for entertaining or gatherings

The private bedrooms are located in the loft on the 3rd floor, providing a beautiful, elevated view of downtown Paducah. Comfortably reflecting the grandeur of a bygone era, with 14-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, plaster walls, and expansive double-hung windows, the space is sure to delight.

The Apartment Lounge and Kitchen are located on the 2nd floor and are a pass-through to reach the private loft bedrooms on the 3rd floor.

Two full bathrooms are located on the 3rd floor among the bedrooms. 1 full bathroom adjacent to Bedrooms 1 & 2 and 1 full bathroom adjoining Bedroom 3.

Additionally, a pair of venue restrooms are located in the hallway just outside of the Apartment entrance on the 2nd floor that are also available to you.

Food and drink accommodations can be made available during your stay. If you're interested in this, please let us know in advance of your visit and we will do our best to accommodate.

Architecture Enthusiasts:
When you book your stay, don't miss the grand architectural details: stone quoins on the first-story corners, keystone lintels over the third-story windows, Ionic-capitaled brick pilasters, and a dentilated and modillioned cornice at the roofline. The entablature is treated with molded terra cotta swags and garlands that encircle and connect round attic story windows.

A Perfect Stay at the Grand Lodge Apartment! If you’re planning a girls trip to Paducah—look no further than the Grand Lodge Apartment! This historic gem is truly something special. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the charm, space, and thoughtful touches throughout. The apartment is beautifully restored with high ceilings, original character, and just the right mix of vintage and modern comfort. Each room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The beds were cozy and there was plenty of room for our group to relax, laugh, and enjoy time together. The location couldn’t be better—walkable to downtown Paducah’s shops, restaurants, and riverfront attractions. It was the perfect home base for a weekend of exploring, shopping, dining (hello, Patti’s 1880’s!), and making unforgettable memories. The hosts were welcoming and made sure everything was just right. This place is a total hidden treasure—and we’re already talking about coming back!Highly recommend the Grand Lodge Apartment to anyone visiting Paducah, especially for a girls getaway. It’s a 10/10 in every way!

Our stay was great and just what we needed for the funeral that we needed to attend. The owner was exceptional with communication and was a great host.
