Quaint and cozy! Would definitely recommend this place. I'll also book it directly from the host next time. After fees from the brokers, the price doubled. I don't even know where Vrbo got involved. Thanks Expedia.

small but everything was there that we expected to. Great air, really hot this weekend, plenty of bedding, decor was so cute with all the lake touches. It was 5 min away fro where all the family was, so we could be with them for breakfast, help with meals, boat, and then do supper. Twice the Ice was really handy for us to be the runners, and a nice ice cream and grocery store with walking. will stay again !! Thanks

Beginning to end Amazing, relaxing trip. Somehow from the beginning our reservation was messed up as I specifically chose the property intending to bring our dog. I contacted the host immediately a few days before arrival when I saw and they were AMAZING.

The Funky Shack was very clean and was in a great location. It was exactly as it was shown on the website. We had to find the sweet spot for hot water in the shower. It is at about the 2 o'clock position! We loved our stay there and will definitely stay there again!

Didn’t receive the email with code to get into room. Had to ask a neighbor. Bed was hard and pillows too. Couldn’t flush paper in commode. Everything else was great!

Great location but the room was really small. The bathroom shower was the smallest I’ve ever seen. Wasn’t a fan of not being able to flush my toilet paper and shower stall and curtain was not the cleanest. The structure needs some up keep, gutters, back deck (no back porch light), back door needs some work. Overall it wasn’t bad but could use some tweaks to make it more comfortable.

Amazing little apartment!! Perfect for 2 ppl! Walking distance to most everything you would need. Very clean, very well stocked, and communication with the property owner was so easy. We will definitely be back!

The property part that they own is great The neighbors need to clean up their mess but other than that it's good I like that it would have been nice if the pizza place was open on Mondays and Tuesdays but they're not other than that it was a great stay really loved it

There were tons of ladybugs, a sign that said not to flush toilet paper and people upstairs moving around all night. I know ladybugs were bad that season so I think that issue was just temporary. The host said that the people upstairs knew that there were people staying and if it got too bad they would handle them. We were only staying for the night and didn’t want to cause too many issues. I’m unsure about the toilet situation I hope they got that issue fixed. I would stay again for another short stay any longer I’ll choose somewhere else

Great stay. Close to everything. Host was helpful and friendly

Nice cabin, really enjoyed our stay. Great location, within walking distance to some of the places we wanted to see. Only downside was there was nowhere to hang our clothes. Suggestion is a couple of hooks on the bathroom door. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Property was very clean, conveniently located near all of our areas of interest. Great host communication! It’s even in the parking lot of a pizza restaurant!

Everything was good the hot water was hot very warm in the shower but that was the only issue.

We had a Mother/Daughter weekend and The Funky Little Shack was the perfect place to stay! Very clean, had everything we needed, communication with host was great! We definetly reccomend this place and Cabin Pizza was so good! We also ate at Patti's, went to Badgetts for a show and ice cream at Craigs!

Place was lovely! My daughter and I fell in love with the town and the people in it! We will definitely be back!!

Adorable small place for a quick overnight stay halfway to our destination. Due to it being off-season, it was peaceful and quiet with lots deer roaming around. Enjoyed seeing the holiday lights around town and on the boats at the bay at night.
