The Entrance Waterfront Resort, Unit 502

Excellent location and stunning views from property. Living space and bedrooms quite small and kitchen poorly equipped. I had to purchase a microwave safe dish from local shops because there was nothing in the kitchen. Air conditioner leaks water over lounge. Entry from car park into property sometimes difficult as the entry key/keypad was often problematic.

We had a wonderful long weekend. Came up from Sydney on Friday and had a 50th birthday party to attend Saturday night. We loved the property, the pool and the central location. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Our stay was great however I would like to note there was a chair in the corner between lounge and sliding balcony door that had a big stain on it when we arrived. Otherwise very happy with the accommodation and location. Thank you so much.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property had great views but was not clean. Shower had mould on tiles and hair in the drain. The Oaks at The Entrance is a very tired and outdated resort, which would be fine if the prices charged for accommodation were in proportion to the mediocre quality of the property. There were many issues with this property. The spare bed linen did not have any covers, there were no quilts and the bed covers were grotty and smelly. There were several light globes not working including the bedroom and there is no FOXTEL - despite being listed on the advert. The check in email did not specify that keys needed to be collected from the local real estate and there was some doubt about whether the property had parking. Apparently the body corporate rules at the property recently changed and it was a ‘lucky dip’ as to whether our access pass would let us into the car park. Overall, This was not a good experience.

Clean comfortable close to everything

- wonderful view - shower head horrible - needs a good clean - washing machine had a weird smell - could hear everyone through walls of units - curtains dirty - well everything is....

The decor was very tired, and though tidy, there was black hair throughout the apartment. The shower head didn’t stay up by itself and the screen door constantly fell off. I won’t be rushing back.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic- stroll out onto the waterfront where there are plenty of cafes, kids playground and pelican feeding. We loved the pool and spa too! A great family holiday - thank you!

Fabulous views and close to everything. Kitchen well equipped however unit, excluding white goods a bit shabby but didn't affect our enjoyment. Beds quite comfortable and bathroom OK. Would stay again.
