The Downtown Studio 2, Walk to main, Hot tub!

Exactly as described, within walking distance to downtown and it was super cozy and inviting.

This took a while to figure out but when we did it was a wonderful experience. Taking an old house and making it a relaxing private space Is everything we love.

The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The cozy details, including the robes & slippers, were such a nice touch and made us feel right at home. The host was very easy to communicate with, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated everything and would absolutely stay here again!

The location of this property was great — very close to Main Street, which made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. However, the house itself could use a bit of maintenance. The floors creaked considerably, and we noticed alot of spiders inside during our stay, which was a little uncomfortable. Access to the jacuzzi wasn’t very convenient since you have to walk around the outside of the house to get to it but having it was amazing. Overall, it was a great location. We're were booked twice but still trying to work through of its a VRBO issue or host. Host has been communicating well with us to resolve.

Hot tub and area was clean . Cozy. Perfect for a Sunday late afternoon.

My partner & I stayed for 2 nights before camp pick-up. It was a Heavenly stay. The apartment was a perfect combination of historic and modern A few minutes walk to shopping and restaurants. We will stay here again.

Very comfortable stay. I would suggest adding a small dresser for clothing, and a small shelving unit in the bathroom for accessories.

The property was overall a pretty great stay, our only complaint was that not all the jets worked in the hot tub. Other than that, would book again!

First, let me say this is a house with 3 SEPARATE suites. They each have their own entrance and private hot tub. I say this first because we didn’t get that from the photos and it wasn’t listed at the beginning of the listing details.We enjoyed the room, it is in an old house and so you can’t hear other people walking around. That’s just part of being an old house. We couldn’t hear other people talking now. The charm was really nice and decorations were nice. The location was the best thing about this place because we could walk to the main street and back several times a day and we weren’t exhausted. There is a parking space in the driveway for your vehicles.There was only two coffee pods for coffee and we were there for two nights. The little coffee creamers in the fridge had gone bad so we didn’t drink coffee in the room. The hot tubs were very clean, the chlorine is a bit overwhelming so we had to leave the top off for a little while before we got in. There seems to be a timer on the heating element so it does lose heat after about 30 minutes and it was a windy day for us, but we enjoyed it. There are robes, they are made for smaller people. We happen to be average size so it was OK for us. But if we were large, that would not have worked. There was only one pair of slippers, so I used them and my husband opted for his sandalsOverall, it was a nice stay. There were just a couple of small things that weren’t terribly significant us. We would stay here again.

Had a great time visiting friends and hanging out in Fredericksburg.

Location was great justna short walk to Main St. The only thing that couldnhave been better was the showerr fixture and hit water.

The location is amazing! Very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed, including keurig and refrigerator. We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. A close walk to all the shops on Main Street but away from street noise. A plus with the jacuzzi too. Would stay here again.

Great location! Was perfect for our overnight stay. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of shopping and winery visits.

My boyfriend and I booked a last minute trip. We found this studio and immediately booked. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and have zero complaints!

We didn't realize that this tiny house was divided into 2 rooms. That wasn't so bad, however, the neighbor left their porch light on ALL NIGHT and it was very bright shining into the glass of our doorway. Very disappointing.
