Come stay in this unique, and exquisite home located in the cozy downtown neighborhood. Massive outdoor deck, soaring ceilings through the home , and a loft net with a rock climbing wall that kids and adults enjoy! We have a large chef kitchen with all the amenities, modern bathrooms, Master bathroom with a tub and an above skylight, and a designated working desk. All the bedrooms are equipped with the most comfortable beddings, extra linens and towels, essentials and so muchmore.



The Space:

This spacious, design-forward home offers a truly unique Anchorage stay, blending architectural drama with thoughtful family-friendly features. With soaring 20-foot ceilings on both floors, expansive windows, and an abundance of natural light, the home feels open, bright, and built to be enjoyed.



The heart of the home is a massive 1,000-square-foot living and dining area, perfect for gathering, entertaining, or relaxing together. The space flows seamlessly into a chef’s kitchen featuring a double oven, oversized island, custom cabinetry, and a striking epoxy river table—ideal for shared meals, celebrations, or creative work.



Step outside to the expansive 700-square-foot deck, offering plenty of room for outdoor dining, lounging, and enjoying Alaska’s long summer evenings. Custom railings and elevated finishes carry the home’s modern design outdoors.



Sleeping arrangements:

-Primary suite: King bed with a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring heated tile floors

-Bedroom 2: Queen bed

-Kids’ bedroom: Full-over-full bunk bed

This is a duplex with a unit below that is not accessible from this unit. Both units are completely private and the only shared space is the driveway.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and all designated indoor and outdoor areas during their stay. Entry is provided via a secure smart lock, allowing for easy, contactless self check-in and check-out.



A unique access code will be sent prior to arrival and will remain active for the duration of your reservation. There is no need for an in-person check-in unless assistance is requested.



Guests may enjoy all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, deck, and family-friendly features outlined in the listing. Any locked closets, storage rooms, or utility areas are reserved for owner or management use.

Getting Around:

Quick walk, bike, car ride, Uber/Lyft to most things. Plenty of parking in front of the garage and on the street for up to 6 vehicles.

10 min walk to Anchorage downtown; located near one of the largest trails in town Campbell Creek Trail System which leads you right to the world famous Tony Knowles Coastal Trail.



Other Things to Note:

This residence has previously hosted approved small-scale events, including intimate weddings, private retreats, corporate gatherings, and professional photo or video shoots. All events and special-use bookings require prior approval before reserving.



Event pricing differs from standard nightly rates and is based on the type of event, guest count, duration, and required accommodations. Guests must contact us before booking to discuss details, confirm availability, and receive written approval.



Unauthorized events, gatherings, or commercial use are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.

    Great kitchen, appreciated the refridgered water, bathrooms good- hooks for toiletries bags or towel rod in downstairs bath would be good. Washer/dryer a plus. Location great and trailhead over Chester’s Creek was good walk. Families shouldn’t hesitate to stay there.

    This is our second year using this space for a work retreat and it is perfect! Open common space for gathering, large kitchen for shared meals. Owners are incredibly responsive. The coffee pot had a hole in it and they brought us a new one within the day. We will definitely be returning customers!

    This lovely home is large, clean, comfortable, and interesting. I am also a VRBO host as well as frequent traveler, so I appreciate how well-kept, well-stocked, and also how clean this home presents. I am a bit persnickety, and for me to have no criticisms is rare. If we return to Anchorage, I would want to stay here 100%!

    A very large, clean and center of town location. This neighborhood seemed very safe and we felt comfortable parking our cars in the driveway. We would definitely stay here again if the time ever comes for the next car show.
