The Dairy is set in a quiet courtyard. The original use of this building was as a milking palour for the dairy cattle with a room for preparing butter etc.

This cottage has one super-king double bedroom with en-suite shower room on the ground floor and a twin and quad bedroom on the first floor. There is a separate bathroom on the ground floor with shower over the bath.

All the bedrooms have enough space for extra beds or cots.

The living area is open plan and has a wellequipped kitchen with range cooker, fridge/freezer etc. The large oak dining table and chairs separates the kitchen from the lounge area, which has plenty of comfortable seating (Updated photos to follow soon).

We do not allow pets or the charging of electric vehicles.

Six people in my family enjoyed a great week in The Dairy. The property is located in a lovely, quiet setting and is superbly equipped. The grounds are beautiful. I enjoyed seeing the little white ducks on the pond. We wished we could have stayed longer, as there are so many lovely beaches and castles in the area. Tenby and St Davids are also within daily reach. A boat trip to Caldey Island was the highlight of the week. We would love to return to discover more. I love taking photos, and there were plenty of beautiful places to photograph.

We had a lovely stay in both the Hen House and Dairy at Portclew Cottages when we were visiting our cousins in Pembrokeshire. The Jackson family are super friendly and kind with all our questions! The cottages are very well equipped which was great for all the multi-generational meals we made! My kids loved being so close to the beaches, especially Freshwater East for sand castles and dam building! We will definitely come back! Thank you!

The Dairy had everything we needed, including plenty of space, and was a lovely comfortable place to stay. Freshwater East is a great location to base yourself for seeing the Pembrokeshire coast and its beach is beautiful at dawn. The booking process was easy, check in/out uncomplicated, the customer service was great, and the price was really good value.

I stayed with my grandchildren, daughter and son in law and there was plenty of room for the children to play. It is set in a great location with a beautiful beach close by.
