The Cocoa Boho Rooftop Retreat - 2 min walk to the beach!

The accommodations were just as pictured. Comfortable & beautiful 1-bedroom. The pool was a perfect temperature. The rooftop sitting area was fantastic with amazing sunset views. The host had plenty of beach items to use. The family dog was a bonus, so very sweet. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great little space. Perfect location. Close to the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurant options. The host is super accommodating and communicative.

We didn't have enough time to enjoy all the amenities, but we loved it. We'll be back! Everything was super nice, clean, and comfortable.

Carly and Lee were great hosts! Very welcoming, responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Location is excellent, the Boho decor is cute and warming, and very comfortable in many ways. It felt like home away from home!

The owners made it easy to check in and out. It was just me and my daughter. Although the pool and rooftop area are shared with the owners, they only briefly used the pool once, without any interruption to our plan. They provided all of the amenities and really have quite a special place! It’s so close to the beach!! Highly recommend!

Very clean property, beautifully decorated and only a block from the beach. Owners Lee and Carly were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

We loved the short walk to a quiet beach from this apartment. The beach felt almost private. The town of Cocoa Beach has a lot of nice, quaint restaurants and shops. Felt very quiet and peaceful. It was also helpful that the property owner supplied beach chairs, beach blankets and umbrellas. We flew in for a few days from Buffalo and there’s not an easy way to bring all of that down!

This was the perfect place to start our vacation. We flew to Florida the day before our cruise departed, and booked this location for just one night. It was an amazing start to our vacation. We checked in late in the afternoon, took a walk to the beautiful beach just a block away, then headed to the rooftop to watch an amazing sunset on the hammocks before heading in for the night. The adorable husky kept us company as we explored the amazing property and got some really great pictures. We checked out the next morning and headed to the port to board our cruise, however we are already excited about planning another trip to Cocoa Beach and would love to stay here again!

The rental suite was nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. We viewed amazing sunsets from the top deck. We relaxed in the heated pool and lovely garden area. It's a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed riding the bikes provided by the host. We were also fortunate enough to view two rocket launches during our stay. The hosts were very responsive to messages, made sure we had everything we needed, and were very friendly. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here to others.
