This property was very cute and exactly what we needed. Parking was easy and I felt safe walking to my car alone after dark. Coffee pot worked and the balcony was perfect for people watching. They could use some new out door chairs but all in all I really liked the apartment. I’ll be putting it on my revisit list while my son is at UofA. WPS
Great place.
This was a perfect location for a girls weekend with friends! Walking distance to anywhere we needed to go.
We loved being so close to Dickson, The Square and the campus!
I really enjoyed my stay here. The building is historic but the apartment is quite updated. Everything was well maintained and the host company was friendly and thoughtful with the extra touches provided. Ninja Blender, pamphlets on things to do in the area, lots of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, nice hair dryer, even a fan. The couch was super comfy. I loved the location, lots of great things to checkout within walking distance. Neighborhood felt safe. Somethings to note if you are picky. 1. I liked the bed but it is VERY soft memory foam. Main bedrooms bed is quite low to the ground so might be hard for people with back issues to be comfortable. 2. They do charge an additional pet fee. Not an issue, but I don't remember seeing this on the listing so I mention it here. 3. The pots, pans and knives could use an upgrade. 4. I think you have to be over 5'5 to use the microwave as it is on top of the fridge. 5. I didn't use the 2nd room, but since there are AC window units only in the main bed and living room, I imagine you have to keep that door open all the time to get any air in there. Definitely worth it!
This structure was being painted on the exterior upon arrival. Ladders were up to the 2nd floor and the windows are covered and taped with paper for painting. We could not see out of the living room and kitchen windows. The bathroom window was unlocked allowing access via the external fire escape. Painters were on the property. We were not informed prior to arrival. Code access was not complete. We communicated with your sub contractor COHOBNB ((talking to them and sending before and after pictures. )We left Saturday and were supposed to stay till Monday. This is our first unhappy stay through VRBO.
Easy
Very walkable to eats, coffee, and groceries. We stayed for a few nights and enjoyed experiencing the city and trails.
The Clementine was a beautiful spot in a fun, yet quiet area. We visited the Fayetteville Farmers Market on Saturday morning which was just one block from our apartment and rode scooters the next day on the quiet streets. Quaint shops are walking distance. The apartment is decorated tastefully and comfortably, the balcony is awesome for morning time and just sitting outside. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed Fayetteville!
