I liked the separate entrance, quiet hours and privacy. Also liked the proximity to the beach and places to eat so we could walk everywhere. Unfortunately the bed was a cheap mattress and very uncomfortable. The shower was extremely small and so was the toilet. There were only two towels and one hand towel. The kitchen was in good enough condition and there was small porch in front. Not sure if it was because we arrived on a Friday but the garbage cans were full and located on the immediate path to the sidewalk from the unit. There was also a toilet sitting by the garbage cans. For the amount of money paid plus the cleaning fee, I would have expected something a bit nicer. The unit was at least pretty clean and came with beach badges.

It’s an old Victorian building near to the beach and all the shops and restaurants in town. The pictures are accurate on the VRBO website. It’s a charming studio with a separate bedroom. Unfortunately housekeeping did not clean the dirty with poop on the comforter and blanket. They turned it over so it wasn’t noticeable. We had to go out and buy blankets.

Great proximity to the beach and downtown

We were in town for a wedding, and it was a great place to call home base for the weekend. It's in a great location close to shops, restaurants, and of course the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent. Walked to beach, shopping, restaurants. Apt was neat and clean. Actually it was perfect for my needs. Communication was returned quickly. Will definitely recommend and will definitely stay again

The property was Just Right for my sea shore get away. Comfortable, cozy and fresh. Location was Just Right, walking distance to everything pleasurable.
