Stayed Dec 23, 2025Our last straw with this location was when the owners (in the attached house) had some sort of get together on Saturday night that resulted in their car alarms going off 3 different times between 2 and 3am, engines revving, as well as music playing at these early hours of the day. We paid for a location to be relaxing and we found this to be unacceptable. We had already been sleeping poorly due to the bed being incredibly uncomfortable and every day when we returned to the VRBO after spending the day with our families, we returned to our air being cranked back up to 80 degrees when we kept putting it at 73 so we would return to a cool place. This location takes a while to cool back down.As a late 20 year old couple, we tend to let a lot of stuff slide, but when spending hundreds of dollars to stay in a location, the bare minimum we expect is that we can sleep throughout the night. If you plan on having an event with a bunch of people visiting during the holidays, it seems like you could simply make the location unavailable to reserve during that week.

Stayed Dec 12, 2025The host was very helpful! She was also ready for us a few hours earlier than our check in time. It’s a really cool place to stay! The aesthetic was welcoming and the rooftop area was so beautiful under the stars. Very quiet area. Would definitely stay again

Stayed Oct 3, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at The 360 View. The location was convenient for the wedding we were attending and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our breakfast and happy hours on the rooftop deck. Would stay here again if we had another event to attend in the area.

Stayed Apr 5, 2025Unfortunately, we were not able to stay at the property due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, but the communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive, professional, and accommodating throughout the booking process. I look forward to staying here in the future based on the great service alone!

Stayed Jan 17, 2025Third time we've stayed here and love that it's a short drive to the Usery Mountain Regional Park trailhead where there are multiple trail options. Wind Cave trail is a must-do hike. Close to a Basha's grocery store and gas.

Stayed Jan 24, 2025This is a very nice property, but as a retired couple in our 60s, it was a challenge. First, I did not realize the stairs were quite as narrow and long as they were. Great if one is under age 40 with a backpack, but difficult to manage with a cooler and carry on suitcase. The thermostat, coffee maker and shower were tricky to figure out- a written guide to these items would have been very helpful. I did text our host, who was attentive, but I felt I should not have needed to do that every time I couldn't figure something out. We checked out a day early as we felt it was not our cup of tea.

Stayed Jan 3, 2025My husband and I chose this property as it was close proximity to the Legacy Sports Complex where my son was playing in a tournament. Not only did it take 15 minutes to get to the soccer fields but it was 20 minutes to hiking and 25 minutes to dinner in Old Town. When not out an about, the property offered 360 views of the local area, city, and mountains and yoga on the top deck. It was perfect!

Stayed Dec 26, 2024This was perfect for my wife and I for a quick trip to the Mesa area. Quiet neighborhood with 360 degree views from the private rooftop patio. Check in and check out was the easiest we've experienced with other rentals. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Nov 9, 2024We didn’t realize the property isn’t private. It’s connected to a main home with a seperate door. We expected to have more of a quiet, private environment, but the main stairs to walk up the front door are directly in front of the main home. It was a cool location at the base of a mountain, tons of rabbits. The rooftop was cool, however the advertised fire pit lasted less than 5 minutes before it ran out of propane. It really could’ve been awesome, the last straw for us was just the cleanliness. The towels and sheets smelled like BO. Leaving us feeling like we smelled gross throughout our stay, like somebody else’s BO. We’re not super familiar with Arizona, so we another thing to keep in mind is just that we did notice it is about a 20 minute drive to major cities, restaurants, attractions, etc. Anyways, we really don’t want to leave a bad review, and that’s not our intention at all. We never leave reviews. We just don’t want another renter to expect a clean, private space and feel disappointed. Again, it really does have potential to be an amazing space. Just posting in hopes that it might be cleaner and advertised more authentically in the future(:
