Il Gozzo is an apartment on the second floor of a building once belonging to a fishing family, now completely renovated and used as a holiday home. The rooftop terrace, shared and available to all apartments, has a 360° view of the port with the lighthouse, as well as the surrounding bell towers and roofs, and is used as a solarium.
You will love its location close to the “New Port” and the “Old Port”, a few steps from the access arch to the historic center. Despite being located in a characteristic alley in the historic center, Il Gozzo is a bright and welcoming place.
The entrance opens onto a kitchen equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, coffee machine and snack top with stools, as well as access to the bathroom with shower. Next, a room with a jacuzzi for moments of pure relaxation and a piano with stools ideal for enjoying a glass of bubbles as a couple. The property includes a large double bedroom with wardrobe and study corner.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is Euro 100.00.
The apartment does not have private parking; besides, being located in the historic center, which is the ZTL zone (restricted traffic zone), it is not possible to access it by car. It is possible to park near Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, 70043 Monopoli BA and in the neighboring streets. (white stripes for free parking and blue for paid parking).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and available until the day before your arrival. A penalty of 55,00 € will be charged if you the online check-in will not be closed before arrival.
Please note: Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. A physical check-in is available for a fee of €55.00.
3. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
4. Check-out time: 10:00 am.
5. At check-in time you will have to pay the Monopoli tourist city tax of 2,00 € per person per night.
6. After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
7. Extra linen: €25.00 per person.
8. Extra midweek cleaning: € 30.00 per hour per cleaner.
