    We really enjoy being in Everglades City. Our host, Roberto, was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The apartment was nicely furnished and just the right size for 2 people. The kitchen and shower were very functional and nice looking. We appreciated the tile and laminate floors and the quiet streets to walk our dog. There was ample parking in back of the apartment for our boat on a trailer. The location was off the main road but within an easy walk of the center of Everglades City.

    Everything was great! However, the boat slip is “1 block away” by air, to walk to it, it is much much further. You have to walk AROUND the block, which is way too far to be carrying gear to & from the boat. Other than that detail, it was as described. Thank you

    If you’re looking to explore the Everglades, this is the perfect spot to stay. It’s located in a perfect spot where you can walk to many destinations or take a quick drive. Great AC. Nice sized shower. Comfy bed.

    Everything was as promised with exception of private beach. There is none in everglades city. Roberto is very nice and responsive. It would be helpful to stress that all dogs must be leashed at all times and to report it if not. My dogs are always leashed and other renters allowing theirs to run loose presented a regular problem for me.

    We visit Everglades City often and this was one of the cleanest and most updated places we've stayed. The location was great because it was walking distance to a lot of places (including a playground for the kids, but also many of the best restaurants) within one mile of the stay. The owner communicated well and quickly. Will stay here again.
