T2 Duplex 400m from the beach with sea view

Good position but you are up a hill, the accommodation does look like the photo’s inside with plenty of room although they do not show building entrance or view from balcony which are all very off putting and old. Communication was particularly bad, when I enquired about cost of accommodation I was told 70 a night then when I went to pay it was increased to 90, when I sent a question to this there was no reply also when I asked for the address the year before when we were visiting Albufiera, no reply, had to wait till 5 pm to enter apartment.

Nice property in an ideal location for the beaches and old town. An easy walk to the marina in the opposite direction. Comfy accommodation with plenty of space. Easy and prompt communication with the host when required.

My wife and I had a very good time in the apartment. The amenities are good, the living room is excellent, and the location is perfect: close to the beach (by lift or stairs), the supermarket, and the town center for dinner and other activities. It’s very easy to get a taxi to the bus station if needed, and also to the pool on the hill, which is a great place to spend your last day if you’re leaving Albufeira in the evening and want to take a shower before catching your bus or flight. Andre is very communicative and easy to talk to. Since we were arriving during the night (2 a.m.), I asked him to keep his mobile on in case we needed assistance with check-in. We didn’t need to contact him at that time, but he messaged me on WhatsApp to ask if everything was fine! I recommend it.

The place was very clean and nice the only thing I would change is the stairs going up to the 3 floor and if they had ac in the bedrooms but otherwise location was perfect and would rented again still give it a 10 out of 10

Nice property. Clean and tidy.Host very helpfull.The pool on the hill next to it is great if you want a day by the pool, has sncks and drinks with a great view.The marina is only a 10minute walk as is the beach and the town centre.Only thing is there are a lot of steps to the apartment so if your not to fit speak to the owner

We stayed here for a week in march 2025.lovely apartment,It's on the 3rd floor with no lift so a bit awkward if you are not fit,We were two elderly women so found it hard to get cases up and down ,but a nice taxi driver helped ,This is a nice quiet area

Andre was very responsive to all messages.Could have used a few more amenities like extra dish cloth, napkins maybe some basics like salt and pepper.Very close to a small grocery store which was convenient.Arrived late due to flight delay and found it a bit difficult to find apartment.

The Location is very close to the Beach and a Supermarkt. We enjoyed staying at Andre‘s Place who is a very nice Host. The Check- in and Check- out procedure were uncomplicated and the appartment had everything we needed. Since we stayed during the Winterseason it was a bit chilly at nighttimes, therefore I recommend to provide thicker Blankets. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and will come back again.blankeres

Overall the place is pretty nice especially the kitchen area (Noting dishwasher and washer was difficult to operate not knowing cycle...could have used instructions) Upstairs shower is fairly small...difficulty moving within said shower. And bedroom to the right upstairs would have been nice to have additional blankets and pillows. Entrance door hard to utilize with key...We were generally pleased with layout, although many stairs to access apartment...Management were friendly and location was very good. Happy to have experienced the opportunity. People in the area were very nice! Portugal was awesome!

Our stay was fab. Literally 10 mins walk to the old town and the beach. Very well equipped . Was great having to take much less due to having a washing machine, dishwasher was also a big plus. Air con machines in both bedrooms great. The big plus was also being to access international tv, Netflix and YouTube and the internet worked very well. Just a couple of things I brought to his attention and he assures me those things will be rectified for the enjoyment of the next guests . Compared to the cost of staying In other apartments in the same area I feel this was superb value being a lot less in cost. Dry quiet area, easy to find. Great stay

We went in Albufeira for a few days vacation at Andre's place. The apartment was comfortable and with all the facilities, and near to the beach. We spent there a good time and Andre and his staff helped us where needed. Reccomended

The apartment is very nice and located, about 10 minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are large and the common areas spacious. But made less detailed with a scouring pad, some kitchen towels, perhaps gel or shampoo. Overall, the stay has been very good and the communication. Perhaps these details are what he lacks to achieve an even greater note. with André positive.
