T1 in Albufeira with swiming pool and parking - 15 min from the beach

Very nice place and easy access to major spots

This location is truly amazing and is 2 streets away from the main strip wich is amazing for peace and quiet time. The landlord is 20/10 she really helped us with anything that we needed and her respond time is impeccable. The location is a gated community wich is amazing for piece of mind and has a nice pool where the sun hits it practically all day the balcony aswell wich was very pratical for drying our clothes after washing them with the washing machine in the kitchen and there is a dishwasher. Theres also an elevator and a parking space.Our appartement was very clean and smelled really good upon our arrival. Its a 15 min walk to the main beach we had a parasol supplied by the landlord aswell and theres a grocery store right across the street i really couldn’t ask for more. This place is ideal i wish i could give it more then a 5 star review because it truly is 20/10.

Absolutely made our holiday perfect. Apartment was 10/10 the location couldn't be in a better place and our host ines was brilliant from start to finish very kind and helpul with anything and everything we asked. Made us feel at home ! Would recommend this apartment to anybody wanting the perfect place to stay in albufeira. Definitely be returning here in the future. Id give this place a 5* !!

Booked this apartment for my wife, four year old daughter and I. All correspondence with the owner was trouble free. We asked for an early check in and that was organised for us. Complex was spotless and quite. Daughter loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area and would recommend to family and friends. If I had to say anything negative about the apartment, my only comment would be the nearby road noise.

Had the pleasure of staying here from 16th April till 20th,everthing was excellent. Asked Miguel for early check in & late check out, it was not a problem. Only problems we had was the weather & Wifi, nothing to do with apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Miguel is a very good host,always ready to support if something was needed. the apartment is near restaurants, bars and shops. Nothing cons to point. Will possible come again if we choose Albufeira for holidays.

Excellent location, next to Albufeira strip and beaches. The owners are very friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended.

The apartment was clean and contained everything you could need. The kitchen was very well equipped, including a washer and dish washer. Plenty of bed linen and towels were provided. The balcony caught the sun from early morning to mid afternoon, and was the perfect place to have breakfast and a late lunch. There are countless bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The Strip is only five minutes away. We found The Strip a little too lively for us, however there are many lovely bars and restaurants to be found in the quieter streets around the apartment. Miguel answered all queries promptly, either by email, or, when in Albufeira, by phone, and could not have been more helpful. The apartment is near a main road, but we did not find this a problem, and slept soundly at night in a comfy bed. Would we stay here again? Yes, we hope to.
