Stayed Aug 26, 2023This place was in a cool location right on Saint Germain Drive... next to all the great food, Notre Dame, Luxembourg Park, shopping, and subway entries. It's a nice flat and I would have given it a 5 star rating if the living room carpet didn't look like it came from a frat house... it was gross (looked toxic) and we never sat in the living room (you all might need to replace the carpet ASAP)

Stayed Aug 9, 2023We had a lovely stat, the location of the apartment is excellent, also it was on the first floor only, so not having a lift did not hurt, plus there were 2 ac's, one was portable one, which worked out perfectly for out setting. Also the beds were comfortable and as is was my second stay with Sweet inn- the best part is that they professionally manage everything.. i.e. the linen and towels and toiletries were of 5 star standards. We lost our Ipad, i guess we left in the apartment, but they were very nice to have go it checked multiple times for us, even though, we could not find it. But still there was no shortcoming on Sweet inn's effort in helping us with the same. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we enjoyed the most because of a comfortable apartment and great location.

Stayed Jul 25, 2023I will try to start with positive note – the location is pretty good and the host allowed us early check-in, and we are really grateful for that. However, the apartment itself very disappointing – both rooms (carpets, furniture, furnishing) are extremely outdated and run down – everything is in really horrible state. I would never step on these carpets without shoes or slippers. Definitely not worse the money that are being asked for this place. On top of that – we paid for 4 people and were assured that sofa-bed in the living room will be ready. That sofa bed had only bedsheet, no pillows or blanket. I messaged host right away, however finally some guy called me after two days (before the last night), saying that now they can bring pillows… Will are never going to book from this company again.

Stayed Nov 23, 2022We arrivied at 21.50 and our flat was clearly occupied by someone. We contacted the host, with great difficulty since there is no human being on the other side but an automatic system. We finally spoke to someone that did not trust us and said that everything was ok with the flat. We had to go back to our occupied flat , luckily no one was inside at the moment, we took pictures to prove that someone was occupying it. We were told to look for an hotel by ourselves. We obviously refused and said they created the problem they had to find a solution. They sent us to a hotel saying they had made a reservation, once arrived, in Paris at 23.00 end of november is very cold, dragging around our suitcases....the hotel said they had no reservation for us. After a couple of hours we finally got a room (paid by us and then reimboursed) in another hotel. The day after nothing happened, no one contacted us to tell us where we should go....having left the hotel we were homeless. We had to go in person to the office of the host wasting 2 hrs of our time and we were given another flat in the same building. The next morning the cleaners came to clean up because they did not know we just arrived. In the afternoon somebody entered into our new flat, we found the lights on and the door opened, so clearly there was some overlapping. It appears that Sweet in had some very serious problems with the reservations and did not care much about the fact that we were homeless because of their fault. We received no discount or compensation for all this we went through.

Stayed Apr 13, 2019I can't say enough about this wonderful location and the comfortable apartment. They did have some noise from the building door closing when someone would leave, but it was rare that it was at an inconvenient time. I love it and there was coffee and a market so if you wanted to save some pennies you could make food and not have to find restaurants.
