Stayed Aug 26, 2018We arrived a little past out scheduled time because of transportation issues. We were greeted by Sara, who by the time we got there seem to be in a rush to get leave. The flat it's self is cute and well appointed with everything we needed. It is located close to the Metro and lots of restaurants/sidewalk cafe's. The first thing we noticed was the smell of old food in the elevator and in the hall outside our flat. Not very pleasant, all day everyday. There is a little cafe/bar on the ground floor that is open until 2 am, across the street near the metro entrance there were 3-4 professional working ladies looking for clients. I would not bring my kids to this neighborhood. We never felt unsafe during the day, and it was close enough to our flat that we could get in safely in the evenings, but we never went out late at night and you could hear a lot of yelling and what not during the night. The only way to contact Sara is through the 'Whats App, I had never even heard of it and Sara never explained that to us, we had requested additional bathroom supplies and coffee a number of times before I had to call her and ask why she was not responding to our text messages before why told us to download the Whats App then she could respond. Frankly, by then I was not in any mood to ever talk to her or the management st Sweet Inn. We would not stay there again.
