Stayed Jul 2, 2021Be warned that you'll need to pick up the keys of the apartment on the other side of the city near the Louvre. Nevermind that the listing does not mention this MAJOR inconvenience which is distaceful at best and deceitful at worse. Communication with the Mgmt is poor. they answer 3-4 hrs later. I spent the first nite in a hotel room because the communication was so poor. Not once did I hear the words sorry or apology. I asked for them not to charge me the first nite and extend my reservation one night. oh no!! I was nicely offered the option to cancel my reservation without NO refund. The woman named Kawtar has no business in hospitality. That's not how you treat customers and just people in general. I must say the guys at that office were much kinder and nicer. But then again, I was not give the instructions by text or sent the address. I had to ask for all that myself. Lastly, the wifi didn't work and I never heard from the mgmt. Also the AC isn't cold. The apt was clean. Central location. Metro accessible.
