The location was excellent. The elevator, though small (and I've seen smaller!) was a nice amenity. The separate bedrooms opened into a common area, giving flexibility for early risers or night owls. The view of the Sagrada Familia from the balcony was a nice touch. the beds were comfortable. The only negatives: the shower is tiny, and there was a plumbing problem which caused the sewer gasses to back up into the bathroom (and rest of the apt unless the door was kept shut). Most of the time it was slightly annoying, but sometimes....

The apartment wasn't sound proof, we could hear people walking the halls late and night and on the day there were constructions we heard everything and couldn't sleep. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it and you should install a net over the windows to keep bugs out. The air conditioner in the bedroom is very loud and bothersome

The photos are 100% deceiving. The building is dark and dingy. I was accosted upon arrival from a neighbor and two others telling to tell property manager to please tell the cleaning person to stop ringing her bell as if it happened once more she would call the police. The sheets and pillow cases did not smell clean they smelled of sweat. The photos make the apt appear to have a small living room but the living room is actually the kitchen. I’m not thin but by no means overweight and it was tight turning in the shower. My brother had just passed away and I found the place extremely distressing to deal with. I went to the office and spoke to Lara who was lovely and felt terrible for us. Though she tried to find another property for us there was none available but they offered and promised to refund 100%. I am waiting on this and found it fair. I had to find a hotel.

Overall we had a decent stay here. I'd say the apartment is very small, the bathroom/shower is quite difficult to maneuver. The beds on the other hand were super comfortable. The primary issue we had was with the smart lock which was great when it worked, but a set back when it didn't. The Smart Lock was great when checking in as we didn't need to wait for a host to greet us. On the other hand, the lock battery died as we were unlocking the door which made the key get stuck in the door and we had to leave it in there all night (thank goodness there was a deadbolt!). It was a local holiday the next day so it was hard to get in touch with the hosts but once I did they were super speedy in getting somewhere out to resolve the issue. All in all we had a comfortable stay however if you're looking for something a bit more grand and luxurious I would suggest elsewhere.
